SmartPCFixer Reviews

  • Jun 29, 2017

On May 14, 2017 I was offered an introductory price of $5.99 US which translated into a charge of $9.04 Canadian. I tried to order a second one (Smart PC Fixer) for another PC but got the run around with promises to get back to me.

I neve received any form of communication in that regard. Today, June28, I received my credit card statement which included a charge of $90.35 Canadian. The line on the statement is as follows, "DRI*SMARTPCFIXER 1 CO 952-6465033 MN".

I am shocked and annoyed over this type of behavior and simply want this ridiculous charged withdrawn and simply want nothing further to do with that Company. I hope you can help and on my end I hope I ca persuade the credit card company to reject payment or if it is too late I hope that it can seek means to reject this ridiculous state of affairs. I hope that on your end you can redress this situation.

I thank I thank you in anticipation of any help you can offer.

LionSea Software market SmartPCFixer and proclaims that it will remove all malware and other 'nasties' from the computer. They offer a one-day trial for £6.48, which I tried on 11 March 2017. The program failed to do what it guaranteed. I immediately complained to LionSea Software who did not refund the £6.48 nor did they even reply.

Eight days later, 19 March 2017, I found that [email protected] had taken an unauthorised $64.82 from my PayPal account for SmartPCFixer.

I did not have the program, I did not agree to have it or order it, and it is not on my computer.

Attempts to contact LionSea Software failed and emails sent to their "customer support" address were returned undelivered by the System Administrator with the following message:
