We bought into this "Vacation Club" that when signing up, promised all kinds of things that did'nt happen and when brought to the companies attention, they said there was nothing that they could do, as that was the sales person who promised all those things.
1. we were promised a voucher for a free cruise, we never received that voucher.
2. We were told we would have "free" two weeks to use at any of their destinations. That "changed after our last renewal and now there are no free weeks to use.
3. The customer service is absolutely terrible, there is not a phone number you can call if you have a problem with a reservation, so you have to "wait" until someone calls you back, which is ususalyy a few days.
4. The last issue I have had, is the normal pay through the company once you book a reservation process did not work.
I paid throught the company site, and they usually pay the hotel provider and I only have to sign paperwork upon arrival at hotel. This time, the comapny never paid the hotel, so I had to pay upon my arrival at the hotel. I submitted my complaint to the company, with all documentation and have not received a refund. This has been over 3 months now, and the only answer I receive from the company is "they are working on it". Absolute worst customer service ever!
