These are bad people who are terrible for small businesses. PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!! We made the terrible mistake of using them as our 3PL. After 6-months of service, they changed their billing policy on us without notice increasing our monthly minimum by 600%. This was debilitating to our business, and when we tried to leave for another warehouse, they held our merchandise hostage.
While we tried to negotiate our exit, the warehouse team stopped fulfilling orders for us but kept charging us an unsustainable monthly minimum. Their service is terrible, and their management team is there to extort money from you without any concern about your business.
From our experience, they will nickel and dime you on every charge (they charge $500/month on top of everything to access their software), and when you try to leave, they withhold your merchandise while continuing to charge you fees. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER 3PL.
