Contacted customer service chat team in game with not being able to load side game S&L as freezes game when select spin dice - this also meant was unable to do clan challenge. They came back and said it must be our internet connection.
Had and paid $200 to GeeksRU tech to come here. They said nothing wrong with our internet connection otherwise would be having issues with all apps and programs. Me not tech savvy! lol.
Re-contacted customer service and was informed many customers having issues and has referred to tech team to investigate. Heard nothing for days, re-contacted customer service and was informed to 'have patience' and someone from tech team would come back to me - this was in Feb 22. It's now May 22 (me forgot about issue). I had great patience, lol until had another issue happen on 30-4-22 where wasn't paid for two massive wins in an hour.
1st time thought I was seeing things when money wasn't added to my balance so ignored it, as didn't have photo of win, so when next massive win occurred I took photo immediately and guess what I never received the win amount.
Contacted customer support and once again told was put in hands of tech team with my photo and to have patience. Finally got back to me on 3-5-22 where told by customer service that a resolution had been reached and someone from tech team would be contacting me shortly, but to have patience! Well, once again heard nothing for days!
I re-contacted them 9-5-22 and lo and behold I have now been informed that I will not be being paid as was visual glitch / display only - but not informed by tech team - this was informed to me by customer service only.
This is very poor service, treatment and dishonourable even when you have photo proof! So unfair. Oh and the screen said 'Congratulations you win $$$$ in 10 free spins' and if it was visual glitch / display it would have said 'could have won $$ in 10 free spins'
PS my photo is on my tablet camera so unable to attacch it! As doing this complaint on my PC

I payd slotomania $20.00 and was suppose to get my bonus play but never received ,and am reporting this as this is the third time it happened to me.
