I ordered slimming garcinia and slimming cleanse right before THanksgiving. i immediately was overcharged for a third product i never ordered. had to call and get hassled to get a refund on that right off the bat. then i cancelled my subscription after being on the pills for 10 days. not working. at all. they were actually making me sick. when i cancelled they tried to trick me into continuing to receive shipments. ridiculous. well today i see that on the 10th i was charged almost 200.00. i called the company. Renecia the rep talked down to me, talked over me, yelled at me, and constantly tried to make me out to be an idiot. apparently the 2 week trial began the moment you purchase the pills. HOW IN THE WORLD is that a 2 week trial? it wont even be two weeks that ive been taking this until two days from now. i got hung up on twice. they wont give me anyone else to complain to about this. im sorry but any normal intelligent being would figure a two week trial begins the day you start the pills. talk about scam. the first rep told me shed give me 50 percent refund....then she hung up on me. then i called back and the guy said he couldnt do anything for me. i asked if the calls are recorded for quality and he said yes. i told him to listen to the call where she offered me 50 percent refund. he basically told me to F off. gave me 35 percent back......and then hung up on me. SCAM SCAM SCAM. BE WARNED. THIS COMPANY WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. ANYOEN WITH ANY INFO ON WHO OR WHERE I CAN CALL TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
