I ordered diet pills, and I was also charged for vitamins that I didn't need, my total was 13.92, ok so last night around 12 midnight my card was chaged again for 87.94 and I called my bank and the transaction is pending, so once it post they are filing a claim because I did not authorize for them to take money from my account again, I will be calling on Monday because they are going to give me my money back.
I was bugged by this website Slim Gensis so I thought I would check it out. The pill were a free trial only pay for shipping of 5.95 so i figured what can i loose. I started to put my information in and next thing I know I'm ordering another product and well to go along with my first purchase which was another 5.95 shipping fee.
The pills came in a timely fashion, I took them and really didn't notice an difference in my appeitie so i kept continuing to take product. Hoping that I was wrong. I happened to notice my bank account low so I did an inquirary. Slim Genesis took out two withdrawl of 89.00 and 87.00 for the two products that where suppose to be a trial.,
I called to demand a refund for the products with in the 17th day told them the product was not worth the money and I did not lose weight. I wanted my money back, They gave me a terrible tiem and wanted to try and sell me more products for 35% off.. Some BIG SCAM!!!!!! Now you cant find there number on the web site. they are located in Clearwater when I called from the number off the back of the bottle.. Oh yeah I returned the products and they charged me a 9.99 restock fee. Is that some crack of crap or what???
Initially I placed an order for Garcinia Cambogia and was charged $4.95 for that order and I was also charged $5.98 for Forskolin extract which I did not order and I never received an invoice for but the charge showed up in my checking account regardless. After about six hours of calling around and trying to find out who to talk to they finally give me a phone number and when I call it they are closed for the day. So I called back the next day and reach someone, I explained my situation and they told me that they would gladly refund the $5.98 for the forskolin extract, and that I had until May 16th before the free trial of the Garcinia Cambogia was up so I had to cancel it by or before May 15th. On May 15th I called in and cancel the trial for the Garcinia Cambogia and was reassured that I would not receive any more charges then the $4.95 that was originally charged. Later that day I received a charge for $89.03. When I called about this charge they told me that I did not cancel within the 14 day trial period.
The first person I called was rude and didn't want to listen to me and try to offer me a 30% refund. The second person I called hung up on me. The 3rd person I called was a floor supervisor and he acted like it was a big deal for him to give me 50% discount and I told him that that would not do so he acted like he got in contact with his supervisor and said that I could return the unused portion of the product for a refund of $89.03 but I had to pay the shipping and there's a $9.95 restocking fee. Explain to him that I wouldn't be able to afford the shipping to send the product back because the overdraft fee's took me into the negatives on my account. He then told me that he would refund me the money now minus the restocking fee and take it on good faith that I would return the product and if I did not that he would recharge my card the full $89.03. I am still waiting on the refund.
Just an FYI.... I have the same telephone information, but the address I have (one on shipment package) for them is: PO BOX 41542, St. Petersburg, FL 33743
Set up a new computer and while online, I kept getting "Congratulations!" survey offers. That is now taken care of... I hope, but at the end of one of those survey's free gift offers, I decided to try Garcinia Cambogia weight loss pills for the S&H of 4.95. It was shipped out pretty fast, but I did already know there was an auto-ship issue that I had to resolve within 14 days. Before doing so, I received an email telling me that I had signed up for E-Fit Daily, which was also a "free trial offer" if I didn't cancel immediately.
I never signed up for this service and didn't know how they would be able to charge my card, since I didn't give that information to them. The email was sent from "[email protected]"??? I contacted Efitdaily.com via email to cancel this account before I was charged anything further, but was told by them that they didn't have any information on me, so I didn't have an account with them... ??? ... even though I received an email (with pics and everything) welcoming me as a member. So, I started doing some research...
Slimgenesis is responsible for sending me the bottle of suppliments, but the telephone number listed on my banking statement belongs to Hawaiian Health, LLC and they have a website under Hhgarcinia.com, where you can also order Garcinia Cambogia online (with the same prices as slimgenesis). Their address is in Mililani, HI at an apartment complex (???). I tried to look up the website from tryslimgenesis and under just slimgenesis too, but neither website will open for me now (???).
I did go ahead and call to cancel today, and I was put off from doing so by the representative, but I held firm and did get it canceled. I'll keep my cancellation code close for the next couple of months, just in case... I still don't understand how these companies, Efitdaily, Slimgenesis, and Hawaiian Health, LLC, are related together, but hopefully won't have to do anymore research to find out either. I just want them all to go away and leave my money alone!
I can't believe it's been so difficult to get this all straightened and cancelled out! I am worried that this company still has my cc information, because the whole thing seems pretty shady to me. BEWARE - research BEFORE you buy... even trial products. The pop up surveys from "loveandquizzes.com" have been halted as well, so there will be no more survey "gifts" to have to deal with anymore either. They're the ones who started it all!|
Beware of this bait-and-switch website. On February 20, 2017, my husband went to this website to purchase Forskolin which was offered "free trial just pay shipping of $4.95." He entered his information and completed the process only to realize that another product (Garcinia) had been switched and mistakenly purchased (despite following the Forskolin link). While on the site, he discovered that he could still purchase the Forskolin with a "free trial just pay shipping of $4.95." The products were received by him about 10 days later.
On March 15, 2017, he was reviewing his credit card statement and realized he had been charged $84.03 for one small bottle of Garcinia and $79.84 for one small bottle of Forskolin (in addition to $4.95 each for shipping). A grand total of $173.77.
My husband called this company immediately to dispute this outrageous charge only to be told that the "free trial" was only for 14 days and since he did not return the products within 14 days he was charged the full price. Hearing that, my husband immediately cancelled any further "auto-ship" items at which time they offered him a 30% discount. When he declined that offer, he was offered a 60% discount.
On March 20, 2017, we contacted this company in writing for some resolution to this rip-off. No response has been forthcoming.
