We own a relatively new Toshiba Intel Laptop dutifully updated with Win 10 latyest features, etc. I use Yahoo-Chrome browser for myHomepage where I spend hours in my personal neurophilosophy research as a retired doctor/lawyer..See my w-page www://delaSierra-Sheffer.net/html Everything was running well until one day the number of daily scannings by SlimCleaners Plus increased and many failed and had to be repeated.
From then on, Laptop began to slow down and experience what seemed a correction of the problem based on the report that indicated everything was ok. Soon thereafter problems reappeared and SlimCleaners began blaming the Laptop condition or malware when I contacted them to solve the issue. This time however I was supposed to buy another program even though the previous one had not expired yet (See bank pymt evidence of last episode submitted). After several such payments and experiences the new Laptop had been damaged as evidenced by recent detailed scanning remotely performed by SlimCleaners staff. I tried to include the results page as evidence but was not available for copy/paste.
In the opinion of SlimCleaners Plus they could correct the problem (they had caused!) by paying them for such service or going to an expert tech outside and pay for removing the problems. It all seemed to me as a scam to collect as often as they could get away with, a true ripoff!. I refused and contacted Corporate level, BBB and Ripoff instead. I cannot believe that Microsoft Corporation depends on 'Driver Support' who in turn depends on SlimCleaners Plus to provide such faulty and illegal performance to its affiliate.
