On Feb 23 I ordered a 14 day trial of this company's two supplements: Forskolin and Garcinia Cambogia. It is March 21 and I just received the order.
Since it is conveniently outside of the 14 day trial I cannot get my $149.90 refunded.
The representative told me that they have no return policy and that I authroized this order so I am responsible for the price. One representative blamed the late shipment on the weather...I live in Minnesota...not the Arctic Circle! How do I get my money refunded? Thanks for your help!
Clicked on a Facebook ad for diet aid - 14 day free trial. Within 1 day I called to cancel - they told me I can't cancel and that they were going to charge my credit card for 2 bottles of pills that I didn't authorize. They wouldn't give me their address. Kept saying "I'm Sorry". I told them I was also sorry that I am not paying for the pills so don't ship them. After 2 days received a candellation e-mail. After 1 month I received the pills. Sent them back return receipt requested. Reported them as fraud to my credit card copmpay. Reported them as fraud to Facebook.
