Our family entered into a contract into buying Slender Spa Med from Tanya Grizzle. Towards the closing of the purchase we started the administration of the business subject to her providing conditions for our loan. Not only did she not satisfy the conditions for our loan , she abandoned the administration of the business blaming us for its demise (15 days). She took tens of thousands of prepaid treatments and now has lied about her ownership of her business. We are currently pursuing an investigation of all the fradulent activity of her business at Slender Spa Med we witnessed during our brief administration. Ms Grizzle has been providing laser treatments without an esthetician or laser license of the medical board. We found out that one particular client was severly burned by a staff member who was not lisenced.
