I ordered 4 Steepgram pillows ($160.49) on August 25th, 2017 via Internet Site. My credit card was debited on August 26, 2017. I did not receive the pillows. I called their Customer Service on September 4th, 2017 to inquire the status.
I was first told the pillows were back ordered but they could not give a ship date. I then said to cancel the order. When the rep heard I wanted to cancel the order she kept giving me a non-ending sales pitch. I kept saying over and over again to cancel the order. She kept talking over me & would not listen to my request. I wanted to cancel before shipment. She said they would ship and for me to try the pillows and if I wanted to return I could. I told her AGAIN to cancel the order. I told her if they were shipped I would have to pay for shipping to return. STILL she would not listen. She then asked me WHY I wanted to cancel the order. I told her due to unindented medical costs, from a cancer diagonises, I was unable to have the funds. She continued pushing the sales pitch. I was so frustated I asked her when they would ship. She said they have shipped. I REPEATED over and over, since they have shipped when will I receive the pillows. She said they are in process and have been sent to fullfilment. I said you told me they were shipped. She kept saying over and over that the pillows were shipped and could not give me a date of shipment or when I would receive them. I kept pressing to no avail. I asked her for her badge number and she hung up on me. The phone call last 25 minutes. I called back today, September 5th, 2017. Again I got the run around. I was told the pillows had shipped? I asked when I would receive and got the same nasty attitude. She did not know when I would receive them and told me if I wanted to know call UPS; they were customer service NOT SHIPPING. I have never been treated SO HATEFULLY. I thougt I was the customer. NOT WITH THIS COMPANY. So, here I sit waiting for pillows only to return and not knowing when I will receive and still mounting interest on my credit card. UNBELIVABLE......
On April 30. 2018 i ordered 2 pillows, i set of pillowcases and an extra set of pillows for a reduced amount. All was gooduntil delivery May 15--i recieved 2 pillowcases and i set of pillows.
I called 1-877-25-sleep and spoke to Sina badge #14 and i first thought they had over billed me for the pillow cases and where was the second set of pillows. Very nice lady said she would send to Corporate and call back in 48 hours, i did.
Spoke to Lena had problems understnaing name i really dont remeber the conversation it was basically run aound and she had to send to coprorate. ok what ever. call back in 24-48 hrs they will have an answer.
The next time i called i spoke with Keisha, she waas a supervisor and she said they had approved to refund my money becase of the orginail order. i still asked what about the pillows--clueless-sending to corporate --called back again and spoke to Stephan #254 because my call with Keisha was starting to get irrate i said i was goping to post bad review of the situation on FB and call every hour until i had an answer. he said they had snet both packages at the same time under the same tracking number and i said i had recieved one box, where were the extra pillows he suggested i ave the Post Office track a delivered package, i told him you i had recieved one package and that is all the tracking number was good for and what was the new tracking number.he said both packages were sent under one tracking number.oh well i got sent to corpaorate again and i called back again and got Stepahn again and the royal run around about my order and it was not back from Corporate yet.
on 05/25/2018 i spoke to ElMar or Elnor Badge #271 and she says pillow has been sent will be here Wednesday, but no email to confirm this or Fed Ex tracking number. i believe she made it up to get me off the phone....
AT one point i remeber screaming to Stephan to look at the orginail order. It is different than the orginail order and my checking account indicate i was charged for the extra pillow case they sent and the bonus pillow. I just want the pillow that i paid for.
Ordered the Sleepgram 2 pack pillows for $79.99. Advertisement on website stated that the pillows were adjustable and that they were in a zippered case. Showed pictures of how pillows came. My pillows, that I received, had none of what was advertised or shown. The pillows I received were not adjustable and in no way could be opened to do so.
I called, talked with Joy in customer service and was told by her that she did not know what I received but I the down alternative pillows ordered were like all other pillows - zipper case and adjustable insides. She stated that she would issue a full refund and for me to send pictures to [email protected] as the so called pillows I received has tags cut out and a stain on one. I wrote to [email protected] and the response was from Skyla stating I ordered the 2 pack standard size down pillows and that was why it was not adjustable and no zipper.
I did not order down pillows and ordered what was advertised as down alternative and adjustable. I responded that the pillows would be returned as they were not helping or being truthful. Skyla to issue full refund but not for shipping. They took no blame for their mistake. I went back on line, checked website again, called and talked with LaKesha (not sure of spelling) and was told the pillows (I ordered) came adjustable and zipper case. It shows all pillows do on their website. Now, So pissed off, I packed the pillows and mailed them back. I ask for them to pay shipping since it was their mistake. Nope. Cost me $51.63 to ship. I want full refund for the pillows and large pillow case, I bought to fit the pillows, including shipping.

The instructions, once received, are to place them in the dryer for a few miinutes and they will fluff up to the best most perfect size and comfort on the market. Wrong wrong wrong. They appear to be fluffy when, in fact, they go flat the second you press on them.
I don’t know how the company can get away with such false statements in advertising. Now, I have three pillows which I will have to pay to return (no, the company won’t pay for the return of the misrepresented advertisement)! It’s all on me!
I have never been more dissatisfied with a product in my life. I’ve searched and searched for “the perfect pillow” and, unfortunate for me, they convinced me this was the answer to my prayers.
I’m angry, disappointed, sad, angry, upset, furious, feel that I’ve been taken advantage of, angry, and, oh, did I mention angry?!?!?!?!
I want the total amount refunded, including shipping and handling, etc., and, I want to pretend I never heard of sleepgram.com !!!!!!!
I ordered 4 king size pillows. They sent me 4 regular size pillows. Their solution -I have to pay the shipping to return them. Why am I responsible for fixing their mistake. Their customer service was rude and all sounded like robots with absolutely no common sense. No one I spoke to could understand my problem with paying for returning them. Good scam they have going.
The customer service representative was polite. Satisfaction may be guaranteed - until you want to return them. Most companies will send you a return postage label, charging you at most, $7.95. Not these folks. $51.00 to return them via UPS. Would have been 48.50 for USPS, and that was only one box, so they were comparable. Heaviest feather pillows ever.
So, make dead certain that you will not be returning them, because it'll cost you one quarter of what you paid for them to do so.
Got the pillows in a timely fashion but did not like them as soon as I tried them. Were not comfortable and had a noxious odor about them. Called customer service to return and was treated very rudely. I live a few minutes away yet they would still not let me return the pillows in person. Told me I had to ship them back, incurring over $20.00 in shipping costs. What a lousy company...they should be forced out of business for a shoddy product and terrible customer service.
I received my pillows first night was ok not so great I sleep with feather pillow since I wads little still have them couldn't find a replacement that I liked. I have a spare room with about 10 pillows I hate, including MY PILLOW, Went back to my feather pillow on the second night. Now I have tried it again after my chiropractor adjustment and now the pillow works well for me I can side sleep and no problem. So I am keeping the pillows and they are on my bed with the old one on the floor for now. So I do give it a 4 So thank you
