My wife and I contacted 'Sleep Wise Consulting' in 4Q17 after we were having issues with our toddler sleeping. We were guaranteed that for $395 they would personalize a sleeping package and get our child to sleep. After performing the initial consultation and describing (in detail) what we were currently doing as a bed-time routine the sleep consultant proceeded to tell us that they would create a brand new plan for us. After paying the fees and answering a handful of questions we received the 'personalized' sleep plan. After reading it we were shocked at how 'in-personal' and little changed our routine was.
In a follow-up call, we expressed our discontent and mentioned that they should have been up-front in explaining that our routine wouldn't be changing very much as opposed to claiming that a 'brand-new' sleep plan would be developed. After a few months, we inquired about a refund and were told they no refunds are given.
It is disheartening that companies prey on new parents and are not completely transparent with the services they are actually providing to them. Their answer was that they 'do not offer any refunds'. What kind of company does not offer a refund or even partial? What a SCAM! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, STAY CLEAR OF THEM!
