The problem started back Sept 22 2016...I was behind on payments I do admit that, they told me i had a late balance of $3200 dollars..on that day I went to my job for a loan which they given me $2000.00. I taken the amount to the dealership which they excepted and made arrangements to continue my car payment for the 18th of each month. Back in March I received this email telling me i'm behind $3000.00 once again, so i'm like how is this possible, I've been making my payments each month a few months my cks wasn't deposited by the 18th so I made payments the beginning of the month and a couple months after the 18th but payment was still made. Well today 5/3-17 they telling me to get my stuff out the car they will be picking it up on Friday. Me I quickly called and asked what the problem we talked about this in March and that they was gonna give me some time to see if I can get another loan from my job as before. I did tell them my employer will not approve the loan until I finish with the previous one (2 payments left), she sd ok she (Marylin) sent me a print out of payments still I didn't see $3000 dollars late charges. I said to Maryln well why don't I just pay you a little more every other week until the problem is solved. She sd no they no longer want to work with me. Now how can they do that when i'm making my payments. I work in collections and I know we have to mail out a past due letter and give a courtesy call to remind them of the debt, well I didn't get neither like I didn't before, but today just a email stating I need to return the call back. Can they do this? I have my bank statements and receipts showing payments has been made to back up what they trying to do. The last payment I made was 4/21/17 can someone help me give me some advise on what I can do to keep me car...Thank you in advance Mrs Sharon A Henderson
