It says to mount the antenna on an exterior window. I did one better, I mounted it outside on the side of my house up near the overhang next to a window. We used to have cable and I connected the antenna cable to the out side jack which leads to the interior wiring to my TV. All of the connections are snug and tight with no breakages.
When I did a channel scan it found nothing and I know that there are at least 4 TV stations within range. It found noting. I even entered the channel numbers of the local stations and the only thing that displayed was static. I guess you can add my name to the list of all the other people that got scammed and ripped off by Skywire TV Antenna.
Based upon their advertisement of a range of 100 hd channels and premium channels, I ordered 3 antennas. I only could receive 22 channels half of which were Religious Channels, Childrens Channels and Foreign Language Channels. Their are no premium channels. I would like to receive a refund for my purchase as they advertised. I await an answer to my e-mail to customer support..
They advertise that this antenna works. I purchased the product AND the special booster. I was not able to receive ANY channels after installation. The product is either defective OR this is a scam and the product is not meant to work at all. False advertising and they do not back their product!
I saw an add for better, and cheeper TV reception. So I got on it and was going through the process of ordering. and found at the end it would cost too much, I couldn't afford it. so I got out of it. I did not finish the order. I got the merchandise any way. So that is when I called them, to get a pre-paid return label I was told that I didn't need to return it, and I was not going to have to pay for them.
I opened my Discover card statement, I found 5 charges. 3 for $130.00, 1 for $144.75, and 1 for $22.53 on May 13th. So I was lied to, I was charged for something I didn't order, and was charged on a Discover card, that I did not give them permission to do. FRAUD all the was. Plus I wasn't informed that there is a limit to get all of the stations promised range of 30miles, I live 100 miles from any big city to get reception.
I purchased the Skywire Antenna and a Amphlifier to get extra 60-miles and this product does not work.. I tried everything to pick up channels, not one channel did I receive, so I want a refund paid back to Pay Pal..I have no phone number or other Email except for the one on this report..

Antenna, 244 Madison Ave, Suite 471, New York, NY 10016 I got from a website..I purchased this Antenna in June 2018. It was Mailed on June 09 2018.
I order for this item on 06/04/2018 with a lifetime warranty. But the item was returned without notification and I have tried to email the company support but no response till date.
I ordered 2 Antennas and an amplifier on 3/26/18 and they promptly charged my credit card. I sent an email to them on 4/9, 4,19, and 6/5. I never received my order and they never answered my emails as of today 6/12/18.
I bought a skywire TV antenna and follow the direction to install, cannnot reciece any channel at all as they said. I Called the tech support and followed their instruction but still can't intercept any signal. the trechnican told me my area doesn't have strong signal so I ask for a return and they said no, what a scam?
I emailed them as soon as my husband hooked one up to tell them it didn’t work for us; we get ONE channel. They ignore my emails and won’t accept returns. Not a company you want to deal with! Maybe if you lived in a city, you could get channels but we live in the middle of nowhere and can’t get more than one channel. I want my $70 back!!

Bought one of their $40 TV antenna as the area I live has poor reception. After trying it for a week I decided to return it for a refund.
Upon submitting my request, their reply was no refunds.
Based on my experience it was a waste of money and time.
