I ordered the antenna it looks nothing like the one i saw. its cheep and doesn't pick up any channels then i already have. i would like my money back.after reading reports they dont return your money after saying money back guarantee.
I have contacted them via e-mail 3 times with no response. And this is the second attempt on the order. I had to cancel my credit card the first time, and like a fool I gave them a second chance and re-ordered with the same results. No product, no communications, and they have my credit card payment. Class action lawsuit in the works. Join me if you have been victimized by this false, fraudlent company if it really exists. And to think Walmart sells similar items, Not skywire at half the price. Could have drove to pick it up month's ago. Do Not quote me on the Alpha designation of the parent company, but when you call there is no answer of Welcome to Skywire, they state the Alpha name and send you off to email Skywire. You get to talk to no one
On May 30, 2018 I ordered on line from Skywire TV Antenna their antenna and booster. I paid for it on my master card and have been billed for this but have received nothing at all from this company.
I am unable to connect with them on the phone number that I have for them and now I can not even access their website.
I have emailed and told them to credit my account and cancel the order because nothing has been received and I have received no response from them. This company is a fraud and are just there to collect the money with no intent obviously on sending any product. Not a reliable source what-so-ever.
It is shameful in how this company continues to operate knowing that they take advantage of customers who purchase a product that does not work , as they advertise . They have no return policy , bogus addresses and telephone numbers that do not work , no customer service etc and yet they continue to steal from the consumer and laugh all the way to the bank . I am outraged that this blindsited scam is allowed to continue , where are the consumer protection lawyers who can file a class action lawsuit ? A word to consumers : don't allow this company to get away with their deceptive practices . Notify the atty general of your state as I am going to do , and its about time their fraud operation is shut down along with the purpetrators jailed .

I recently purchased a SkyWireTV Antenna and received it on or around June 11th I was very excited to get it so I followed the direction given in the box. I moved the antenna around the room like the directions said and I kept this up for quite a while. I finally gave up and within the 24 hour window I tried getting help from their support website, but that website didn't work, so I went to their home page and under contact us I emailed them to tell them that there product doesn't work and I would like my money back. Never heard from them ever. I have been getting spam from them so I thought I would try repling to them. Several times I did this each time it was sent to a different person. So I probably will never see my money, but maybe this will stop others from getting ripped off.
I purchased this company's antenna and tried it but could not receive any channels at all - not even snowy ones.

This is a complete scam. The antenna did nothing to improve my tv reception. The antenna didn't even clear the static from the screen. Like an idiot, I ordered the amplifier also, so I'm out almost $100. I have received no response from my email. I wish I'd found this website earlier and read the other reviews!

This antenna claims that it is more powerful than the standard antennas. It is not. My $ 15 antenna I bought at Best Buy gives me more channels and better resolution than this one. The antennas came without any billing statement or shipping insert from an unknown company in NJ. I emailed their support and they kept sending me the installation instructions. I have done all that , and all I got extra was Korean, Chinese and Spanish shopping, news and religious channels. I do not speak any of those languages, and do not shop on TV, so this was useless. I wanted a full refund, but there was no way to contact the company. I contacted PayPal, and after that SkyWireTV responded to me. I returned the antennas via UPS according to their instructions. The return was delivered 14 days ago, and there is still no refund. When I eamiled them about the refund I got only an automated response again.
On May 3, 2018, I bought 3 antennas and 3 boosters. I got them in the mail USPS on May 21. I opened and tried one on my HDTV screen and it would not work. So I emailed SkywireTvantenna on May 25 telling them there were no channels coming on. My daughter said mom, that is a scam... so I said, let's give this a fair shot to an unfair situation and tried the other two with and without the boosters. NOTHING FROM ALL 3 !!! That was in a course of a few weeks. I called the number on my credit card statement under skywiretvantenna name 800-204-7702 and there was a recording telling me I had to email them with concerns. So again, I emailed them for the second time. They told me I wasn't hooking it up correctly and gave me instructions. I emailed them back and said I wanted my money back and would return the items.
Their policy is to get the products back to them by the 30 day expiration since receiving it from them.
And if it did not get back in time, I would still have to pay the charge. This is bad business right there. Another red flag is that if you send back a perfectly fine item, you would have to pay for the product. What??? I just called into my cc company and filed a dispute. Gladly I have a 90 return protection policy with my cc company. So Skywiretv is not getting away with this. They are getting reported to the FTC very soon, and sooner if this is not resolved asap.
I bought 2 Skywire antennae and tried one of them with antenna attached to my window like the instructions said. Ran channel search and found no channels. Complained to Skywire, and they sent e-mail with instructions on what to do to get it to work, Guess what? I had it attached and scanned just like the instructions said. Still didn't work. I sent an e-mail to return for refund and have not heard from them anymore!
I ordered tv antenna on May 6, 2018. I was assured that I will receive the product within 10-20 days. It's already june 19, more than a month now, but the product is nowhere. But they have already withdrawn the payment on the day I ordered. I still hope to receive it, if not, hope to get a refund of $108.95, the amount they withdrew. Thanks.
Skywire advertised their HD Antenna very heavily on the internet with all sorts of extravagant claims, like claiming it to to be the "best" antenna out there with the "best" reception etc etc etc. I paid almost $50 for their worthless antenna only to find after hooking it up that my old old antenna- for which i had paid about $10 on sale at Frys Electronics-worked far better and gave better reception. Skywire is misleading people with its hype. is there a way to get my money back?
I have purchased 5 skywire tv antennas ,with the belief that if I was not satified with my purchase that I would be able to return them for a full refund,according to their advertisement on their advertisement page before you were led to their website.Ifeel this is false advertisement ,and the company is misleading their customers
I ordered this product online. I did not prior to oredring this product is non refundlable. I received the product under the impression I was to get all these amazing channels that I would no longer need cable.
The channels received are mostly news and sports, that is not what I am interersted in that. I inquired to get return instructions. Instead I was told something they cannot guarantee recption and clarity because of these various external factors they have no control over.
I replied that was not my issue, my issue is I am getting the channels I was expecting when the advertsing states you can get all these amzing channels you won't need cable. Get rid of your cable bill!
Then I was told again, we cannot guarantee reception and clarity, therefore we cannot accept returns! I feel their advertising is misleading and they know they are selling worthless goods, the reason they will accept returns. They offer a anntenna warranty and a supposively huge discount the more you buy. I think it's illegal to not accept returns if you are happy with your purchase.
I ordered a sky wire tv antenna in May of this year. I tried it several times, in one room or another. it did not work so I tried to get a refund from the company and I have not been able to. the 1800 number is a recorded message and I have no way of contacting them. I wrote to the support @skywiretvantenna.com and have had no response, it has been at least 24 to 48 hours since then. they say it may take 24 hours to return your message. I am wanting a RMA number so I can return it to them. that is all I want, no big deal...right!!! I had no idea of how to reach them. So please don't get scammed the way I did!! We work for what we get and it isn't much but it is still mine.
I ordered several because of the discounts promised and hype about the product because i have several TV's, i wanted better entertainment options as the product advertisement promised. It never said reception can vary or that the product does not work at all in remote areas, nor did it say unopened products are not returnable. I received only 3 stations with my antenna that were full of static, snow and poor or fading reception hardly worth watching. It reminded me of when i was a kid 50 years ago fighting with rabbit ear antennas to get a channel to show up on tv with enough visibility to make it worth watching. I also tried it at my daughters home in the city nearby with the same poor results even with the antenna signal booster they offered and i purchased as well. Don't waste your money on the product they don't stand behind. Initially when i sent an email requesting help i got no response except for an automatic email stating that they were backloged in responding to requests and that they would eventually get to me. After waiting over a week with no reponse i began by sending another email,this time someone responded with directions as to how to connect it not addressing my request, concerns or problems. When i sent another request asking how to return unopened products i was then for the first timei was told i can't return the product. I spent over $180.00 on their products that have only brought back a bad childhood memory of old technology that didn't work 50 years ago and there technology that doesn't work today.
I purchased 2 TV Antennas and an Amplifier online. I currently receive the major network channels ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, PBS via an old metal antenna on my roof. Unfortunately, the SkywireTV Antenna did not receive 4 of the 6 main stations that my roof antenna receives. The antennas are not acceptable to me. One package hasn't even been opened. They refused to allow me to return the equipment that I purchased. Ironically, the online ad SkywireTV Antenna is currently running indicates that they are short on stock and the buyer must hurry to purchase.
I was trying to get information on the product and they entered my information as a purchace. I did get the product did not get the discounts they were offering and was not able to stop payment they worked to fast have not been able to get ahold of the company by phone or e-mail. have not tried product because i want to return it was only trying to get information and might have purchused if i would have recieved the discounts as advetised. i didnt authorize the payment and cannot reach anyone cant get to a e-mail to contact and have left messages on every phone number i have found and no call back. i feel as ive been ripped off i have approx. $100. worth of antennas and cant contact the company.

Got one to replace my old antenna hoping it would get more channels. It didnt get any more channels than my old antenna. And BEWARE! Their policy is NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES unless the product is defective - then all they do is replace it. I'm sure this information is cleverly buried somewhere on the website but still a bad practice if you respect your product at all.
It took a while for me to get the antennas and when I did they don't work as promised. Tried to reach company by address i had on file but they sayy we dont sell the antennas ask for address they give me BBB and say good luck. i just need my money back. im a senior citizen and was trying to save money and they screw me out of 136.85.
I had to write this ompany twice before they even answered me! I asked them to send me a return label, because the antenna did not work the way they said it would.

If I had bought this in a store I would get my money back. This is a scam. No one should buy this, because you will not get your money back if not satisfied with the merchandise.
I followed their directions correctly, with no connection. I even asked a friend that is an installer for a satellite company, and even he could not get it to connect. I feel that there should be some kind of warning system to those who really not installers of items like these.
I also bought the Skywire antenna.It didn’t come with any instructions on how to set it up so I went on the web and e-mailed what I thought was there address,I had a guy call me back and tell the place I e-mailed was not the company and that I should get a hold of my bank and go for fraud,bank said I had to call the 1800 number on my bank statement first which I did all I got was an automated person telling me that was the corporate number and use the e-mail she provided which I wasn’t to use either while I was that day I had another phone call from the same place I sent the earlier e-mail too and he said thing fraud and get ahold of my bank which I have

I ordered the on May 1st 2018 on the website it says 3 to 4 days shipping it is the 17 of May and I still have not received it! I paid 103. And some change. What can I do? My order has not been deliverd at all two weeks and nothing i am on a fixed income social sec/ it was arond 129.00 dollers for both.

On 4/6/18 I ordered two skywire tv antennas and two boosters. When I contacted them they said it could take up to 30 days to receive and it was in route. I requested tracking number. Never received. A few days ago I requested tracking number again. No response. I contacted paypal and filed a complaint.

I orderd a antenna from Skywire Antenna 0n or about April 25. I recieved an email about 3 days later tellin me that my package
had been shipped. I waited a day or two begin tracking the package with the tracking number that they provided. Through USPS

SkywireTV advertised a product to eliminate cable use. Within the advertisement consumers were quoted as saying 7 days delivery time. This what led me to purchase the product. I ordered the product(4) back in mid April. it is now May 7th and all I have is a tracking number for the USPS for the last two weeks. Would not have ordered this product had i known it would take more than two weeks for delivery. Other consumers has filed similar grieviance.
What does the Better Business Brual say concerning lack of information about a purchase refund?

Email to Skywire : I ordered 2 Skywire Antennas and Boosters 4/20/18.I have still not received my package. It was shipped on 4/25/18 according to prior email. Still trying to track it on 5/6/18. I tried to cancel my order on 4/21/18. Skywire said that it had been shipped out and that cancelation was no longer an option. If I have a email stating that it wasn't shipped out until 4/25/18 that means that I was lied too. So if your return policy had been posted on your website prior to purchase I would never have bought from your company!! Without a refund your product is useless to me! Buyer beware!
