I was asked to send in a picture of my photo ID and my social security card or my account will be blocked. They want to verify my identity. I sent them by email to [email protected]. I have never been asked this before in my life to send this to a pay card.

My paycheck was stolen out of my account. I filed a dispute and they said it was a legitimate transaction. This was my response... I want to physically talk to someone. If you look there are 3 transactions for decline fees at 1:31am and 1 balance inquiry at 6:54 pm and then the withdraws. I was at work from 6/14 at 8:20pm until 6:08am on 6/15. I have the time card to prove it. I was asleep in the state of Ohio after working an almost 11 hour shift. When I got the alert of the with draw I immediately called. To file a dispute because I didn't make the transaction I have never been to Chicago and do not know anyone there. I can't see where the decline fees were done at on my account. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know when it's not physically possible to be asleep in Ohio and using an ATM in Chicago.

I use the last 4 digits of my social as my pin so whoever cloned my card must have figured out the pin. This is happening everywhere so I don't understand how you can even begin to blame me for a criminal that accessed my information! I will be contacting our local police department about this. We have also discussed with our employers Lawyer and he said the same thing. The information was stolen and my money should be returned immediately like a legitimate bank would do. I will not let this go. I want to talk to someone in person 614-282-5824. I'm tired of people hiding behind messages instead of trying to resolve the issue. They have also not provide me with their so-called documentation.

My little brother lost my skylight pay card and I had to deactivate it. I called customer service and requested another one. And I got a temporary card from my employer. It took about ten days to get to me. And I called customer service to get it activated. The representative told me the card had been deactivated earlier on in may. It's June 7th now. And I just got it in the mail. They aren't supposed to send you deactivated pay cards.

I told the representative that I just got it today and that I never activated yet. He said that I deactivated it in may. Which could only mean they sent me the card I reported lost and had deactivated, and once that card is deactivated you can't use it again. So why send it back to me as a replacement . Then he put me on hold and I waited for a few minutes, then I just hung up. I was way to angry that I was sent a deactivated pay card.

My husband and i used Skylight paycard when he passed away. The frozen my account. When i call they wanted some documents sent to them Call them yes they have them call back in few days. They stated no they didnt receive them. This went on for about 2 weeks. Then a supervisor leaves me a message it will take 30 days for their legal department to review them So i call back in 30 days Then again no they don't have the the documents it will 120 days to review and maybe another 30 days they're not sure. Went to my bank ask Social Security back dates there checks So if you get March check its February check Social Security stated that and told them I am the wife I'm title to the check But always something if not that. That was my money in that account. If you call customer service the start anew date from the day you call I have been waiting over 60 days. So i don't want them to start all over again. Its my money from my paycheck How can it take over 120 days? Thats my money Iam primary on the account my bank released my funds in 30 days

This company preys on unsuspecting customers through employers! I have used paycard services for YEARS and never had a problem until now! Skylight waited until the holidays (The day before Thanksgiving) to inform me that there will be a block on my account where I cant get access to my money until I send verification. I called customer service about it and was told to email a photo of my ID and Social Security Card. Approval of the documents takes 5 - 6 HOURS!!! I got an email approving my state ID but not my social security card because they claim they couldn't fully see my name because there is a rip in the card! I used this SAME card for employment and paycard services for YEARS and there was NEVER a problem! I called customer service and told them this and was told to send a photo of the SS card through a text message and to make sure the whole card is shown in the photo and the lighting is not too bright. So I sent it by text. 5 hours later, I was denied AGAIN for the same reason! I was FURIOUS but still didnt let fury fully loose when I called customer service to let them know that this SAME card they deny, NO other paycard company nor employers EVER denied it because it is the number and name on the card that matters NOT the look of the card! She tells me that it's their policy and I said "So basically my money is being held hostage because of a rip in my social security card even though you can still see my name and number clearly." She claim to understand my frustration and just went around in circles claiming that it's policy. So I asked to send my money back to the employer. She said it will take 6 BUSINESS DAYS to return it to the employer! I that point I wanted to rip that ratchet h*o to pieces! But I calmly asked to speak to the manager. She transferred me to a manager, who only told me the SAME thing about it being policy. I told her it's like im being personally targeted! Because this is a bullshit reason to turn a person down from THEIR money! When she was saying it, it sound like she had a smile on her especially when I asked her send the money back to the employer and she also said it will take 6 BUSINESS DAYS! I sensed her amusement and told her to cancel that request, and hold it there for right now. And I immediately reported this to SunTrust corporate bank since that's the company they bank with! I think Skylight pull this stunt because they probably get commission on a number of people they deny! Employers and employees need to be warn about this garbage, low life, trash dump company!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUTTER HOLE BUSINESS! This is a predatory act upon unsuspecting customers! Your money is being held hostage for the weakest reasons! Money YOU worked for is blocked from accessing by a PRIVATE company singling out individuals for the smallest reasons!

Skylight One is a ripoff!

I just lost $40 at the ATM today. I am angry at those bastards. Also, when I called customer service, there's no one for me to talk to and no way for me to file a dispute on their website. I want Skylight shut down for good.
