I was in the high stakes room playing the $1.00 triple seven slot machine which when playing $1.00 top bet was $2.00 or if playing $2,00 top bet would be $4.00.
I had been playing for quite a while at $4.00 a spin spending a total of 400.00 on the machine but I was switching back and forth between $2 and $4 dollars. Anyways after I loaded a $20.00 bill into the machine I hit the spin button one time and looked up at my credits and i noticed the credits said 11. I said to myself "WTF". well no matter how you look at it 20-2 or 20-4 is not 11.The first thing I did was go find someone to tell and I found one of the floor guys and he came in and I explained to him what happened.
So he opened up the machine and he said I had been playing $4 dollars at a time, I wasnt but I also said to him if I had been paying $4 at a time after one spin does not give you 11 So he then proceeded to figure out what was wrong and he than said the machine (it being open) and he looked into cuffed hands at the left side of the bottom part of the screen and he told me the machine on the inside said 18 credits and I pointed out to him that I didnt have the keys and the machine open and it still says 11 credits where the credits displays your credits on theoutside top right corner.
So after a half hour or so he still hadnt figured out what was wrong and i got to thinking i wonder how much of my money had the machine stolen from me and not adding my credits or subtracting wrong the number of credits for the amount I was playing. And according to the amount of money I had lost had I gotton ripped off or robbed by the machine error. well the guy left the room to go look for the slot mananger and another half an hour went by and he came back and aplogized for not being able to find the manager and he brought me a form and i filled out my report and then the guy came back again and said the manager was in a meeting and I waited another hour or so playing a different slot machine and I could not wait no more as I needed to get home
It has been five days and no one has gotton a hold of me to discuss this matter with me
I am very upset over the fact that their machine was ripping me off I dont know how much of my money and according to the 20 dollar bill I had put in the first time and spinning once and it giving me 11 credits I figure half my money was being robbed from me. I have been going to that casino for a long time and I have lost and I have won which is ok but It pisses me off when I am getting robbed blind like this and it pisses me off even more when noone at that casino has bothered to call and talk to me of concerning this matter. After this, I am wondering just how often they are screwing people like myself with other machines.
I expect to get a full refund of my money that i had spent and lost that day and Noone has bothered to call and discuss any of this with me or return my calls either. I have called twice now leaving my name and phone number and have yet to get a courtesy return phone call.
Today I am calling the better business bureau and discussing this with them.
I can not believe not one person has called to talk to me. If this is how they treat their customers over a matter as big as this concerning peoples hard earned money and their machines not calculating spins accordingly than I'd say they better look out because I have yet to post this on facebook where I have almost 5000 friends and trash their name by my experience. I am sure people would like to know just what happened to me and let them know what happened with the machine and how they have treated me.
I wonder how much business they will lose when I do this over and over each day and ask my friends to share with one friend to let the whole state of ND know of my experience. They are going to loose a lot of business because who knows how much of my money was robbed from me from the machines error or maybe that is how all their machines are and people just dont notice. I guess this just goes to show how concerned they are with their customers over a matter as big as this.
Also, after this whole experience and thinking back to that day I believe another machine in the high stakes room was not adding my credits right either but I have no proof of this but I believe it to be true,
