Promise to correct the problem but, like others have experienced, the item mysteriously gets lost at the supposed moment of delivery, tracked on an apparently bogus Chinese Express Shipping Company website. Then it is "Oh, so sorry, how about you spend your money on these sites instead?" All cheap crap Chinese sites. This is their actual response:

I demanded a refund and they tried to refund half of the amount "because they had lost so much in shipping". Many exchanges before they agreed to pay the refund but in the end, they went silent and have not paid the refund. This no doubt, a criminal or possibly a terrorist organization taking your money.
I ordered a DeWalt miter saw on 12/4/19 for $54.75. On 12/23/19 i was delivered what looks to be a $1 store pair of aviator sunglasses shoved into a crumpled up RayBan box. Tried calling customer service number of 614-695-3635 and it just rings and rings. Called the number listed with the charge on my bank account of 217-458-4566 and it is disconnected.
Finally got a hold of someone through email and they are only willing to refund a partial amount "to cover the cost of shipping to send sunglasses back and cover part of the cost of the glasses" i don't want the glasses, i want a full refund. i am filing a dispute with my credit union today, however they need to be shut down asap. they can deal with my credit union from here on out.
