I had the $97 a month plan. We used the service for one month spending several hundred dollars. The same day they re charged my subscription I tried cancelling. They said they do not refund money even though I canceled the same exact day my subscription renewed. Terrible customer service
Based on their webiste, Skip Genie offer skip tracing for business looking to locate the seller for a home. It is suppose to help in lead generation for real estate investors. I purchased the Essential Plan and submitted a list only to find out the data they sent me was all completely accurate. They are claiming to provide better data than WhitePages.com. They are claiming their data is pretty accurate, which is completely false. They will provide you bad data about home owners, and will take your money. Complete Scam and business is only operated by one guy it seems.
