This company is a scam. They pretend to be an online shopping site to steal people’s money, in my case $112. I ordered two "Bissell" steam mops from them because they had a price that was lower than everyone elses. When my order didn't ship for many days after I placed the order, I cancelled and purchased these mops elsewhere. Then they suddenly insisted that they couldn't cancel, stating that the order has been processed, which was contrary to the tracking info.
When they finally did ship, - instead of sending what I ordered, they sent envelopes containing worthless garbage costing no more than $1. The problem is that they were too stupid to think of video cameras! My mailroom is recorded 24/7, so unless they can explain how two boxes with a total measurement of about 5.8 cubic feet can fit into a small mailbox that only holds letters, they are screwed.
