On June 15, 2017 I signed up for a free skin and eye product on FaceBook. I was only to be charged for shipping of $4.95 for the skin product and $5.95 for the eye product. No where did it say it was a trial.
To my surprise, I discovered that this unscrupulous firm charged my credit card $89.95 and $86.95 on June 29, 2017. It also charged me $94.90 and $92.90 on 7/29/17. Thanks to the other person who filed this same grievance in your system, I was given this terrible firm's phone number since it's no where on their website. I spoke to Manuela who refused to recredit the charges but only offered a 30% discount. She said that it was a trial and that I had to return the product in 14 days or be charged even though this wasn't stated anywhere on their FaceBook advertisement.
Do not provide their with your credit card number! They are crooks!!
Extremely deceptive online business practice. I fell for the "wonderful miraculous" product offer without reading the fine print. AD CLAIMED FORMER PRESIDENT OBAMA USED THE PRODUCT, OPRAH, AND IT WAS BEING OFFERED BY A COMPANY FOUNDED BY ZUCKERBERG THE FACEBOOK FOUNDER.
I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE I FELL FOR THAT !!!! OUCH. I AM EXTREMELY CAREFULL ABOUT SUCH OFFERS, BUT I MUST HAVE BEEN IN A STUPID STATE.
"Just pay shipping and handling" and you will get the wonder product. Shame on me I fell for that. I had to go through the painfull process of stopping a subscription. In the meantime I have to pay first billing, and credit card company says it is hard to dispute the charges.
I learned my lesson. DO NOT BUY INTO THESE GREAT OFFERS. READ THE FINE PRINT.
HOWEVER, I DO HOPE THERE IS SOME PROTECTION AGAINST THESE BUSINESS SCAMS AND PROTECT CONSUMERS.
I ordered a trial sample of skin logic and eye tensile on the Internet. I asked them to not send additional product. I received another pkg. cannot find how to contact them as there is no paper work in the package. I do not want anything from them.
Signed up for the free 15 day trial offer for eyetensive on 9/30/15. (this 15 days started once the product was mailed out) When I went to enter my payment information, a screen popped up and aked if I wanted a free sample of Skin Logic. I clicked "no", but it sent it to me anyway. I only found this out when I received a confirming email stating I would be charged $5.95 for the trial size of Skin Logic. (Should have seen the red flag) So that was a total of $11.98 charged on my card.
Received both products in the same envelope on 10/6/15. This only gave me 7 days to try the product. Tried the products, and they did not work at all. Went to cancel using the number they sent me on 10/14/15, and was informed they had sent out my automatic order that day. Where's my 15 days?? Back to cancelling.....number was a recording that instructed you to hit 1 if you wished to cancel. So that's what i did. Had to call the number for Skin Logic also...identical recording. I received confirming emails from both validating my cancellations.
As of today, 10/22/15, I have not received the auto-order that was supposidly sent out on 10/14/15. My charge card was charged with 2X $89.95 on 10/2015. This Morning I disputed the 2 charges for non-delivery.
I ordered a 14 day trial of eyetensive and skinogic for the shipping of 5.95. It indicated that I had the 14 days to cancel in. In that time the eyetensive product made my eyelids swell and peel...I discontinued it and canceled.
I received a full shipment of the products on August 3, 2015. I called them to return the products and was told that they did not want them back, but that they would cancel my account that day. I was informed they were charging me approximately $198.00 for the two products.
I told them that I had cancelled the account in the 14 day trial period. They told me I had no proof that I had no proof that I had. Oddly enough that did not ask me if I did first. After a heated exchange Ann offered me a 15% refund...I said NO I wanted a 100% refund. She paused and said she could only offer me 35%..I said NO. She put me on hold and came back and said that she could go no higher than 50%... again I said NO 100%. She put me put me on hold, then came back and said if I returned the product they would give me 100% when they received the product. I said since she had already offered me 50% without returning the product I would accept a 50% refund now and 50% when she received the product. She said no.
I refered her to the previous offers and she denied them. I asked for her supervisor, she refused and refused further conversation. She then hung up.

LET THIS REPORT GO ON THE RECORD.
I ordered a trial sample of skin logic and eye tensile on the Internet. I asked them to not send additional product. I received another pkg. cannot find how to contact them as there is no paper work in the package. I do not want anything from them.
While on internet a pop up showed a sample skin cream for $4.95 which I ordered.
When I received my bill there was a charge of $4.95 then my next months bill they charged me $89.95. At which time
I called them and they informed me I had purchased a month supply and did not inform them after having cream for 14
days that I did not want it
I purchased a SAMPLE NOT a trial. There is a difference.
They would not return my money.
There are laws for advertising one thing and then changing. Also is it not a law on selling items without listing the ingredients?

This company advertised free samples - I ordered the free sample and alledgedly only had to pay shipping (~3.00)
Then I noticed a $89 charge on my credit card
I called them, they said return it - we'll refund your money and cancel future orders (future orders!!! wha??)
I mailed it back -
have yet to see credit on my credit card.
Filed dispute with credit card company - waiting for results...
amazing that they can get away with crap like this
