Unfortunately I had to cancel an appointment due a sick child. I called the office and noone answered, I called again on the day of the appointment in which I was very well aware of the policy.
The front desk was not polite at all instead they where clear that I had to pay for the cancelation even though I tested vack and called with no answer.
I then told them that I would also like to cancel my membership in which they had clearly said I could not. Again the lady was rude, kept putting me on hold and they frankly just did not care to work anything out. The response was you cant cancel your contract and period.
When I had signed for the membership originally I did not receive a copy of the contract and I asked if I could cancel and I was told that I could cancel at anytime. I just found out today that I could not cancel and that the contract was for 6 months.
Now I am forced to pay for face treatments even though this people truly showed no care in customer service whats so ever.
