Skin Amour Serum Reviews

I have attempted to reach Skin Amour for 6 months. The phone number they provide goes to a company that says they know nothing of Skin Amour. I've written to the address I received on the very first package and never received an answer. The creams eat my skin. I just want to return them. I can't even use them on my feet. I have tried finding the credit card I used but it seems that the name never shows up. I've changed all of my credit cards to paper statements so I can try to tract the charges down. I am so disappointed and very upset that I got stuck into such a scam.

Company ad on my mobile phone offered me free beauty samples if I paid for shipping. I ordered the product, but later I was billed the full price of the original shipment, and they sent additional shipments that they refused to allow me to return. Once the bank got involved, they agreed to give me an RMA# to return goods, but they told me there would be a restocking fee of $9.95 per each product returned, which was also a rip-off.

First of all, their ad did not clearly disclose that I would be billed the full price of the sample product at a later date (approx $95 each), or that I would automatically be sent future shipments of each product unless I called to cancel within 14 days.

This is a recap of what happened today:

I received the 1st unauthorized shipment today, and I called SkinAmour immediately. When I told their rep that I did not order the product, he agreed to cancel future shipments. But he refused to allow me to return the product I received today. He told me that I automatically agreed to pay for the product when I did not call to cancel within 14 days of the original shipment. He also stated they had a "no return policy", and I would have to keep what I received. I reinterated that I had only ordered a free sample, and I did not sign up for any future shipments. He called it a "trial" and said I agreed to pay for it and future orders when I checked the box that allowed them to charge my credit card for the original shipping fees. I told him that was not acceptable, and I would be filing a complaint, & I was going to dispute the charge with my bank. He said I could do that, but I would lose, because all that information was in the fine print when I ordered the free trial (not sample).

I called the bank to dispute the charge. The bank pulled up their website, and there was nothing on their site that showed "free samples" would be billed at a later date. The bank rep said SkinAmour could not refuse a return and they could not bill me without providing all that information up front. He got a SkinAmourRep on the phone for me. This time the lady rep went through the same spill as the 1st rep. However, she agreed to give me an RMA# so I could return the product I received today. She said I would be billed a restocking fee of $9.95 for each product I returned, and the remainder of the credit would take 4 weeks to be credited to my account. I told her that was 'crap" and asked her how she could work for a company that ripped people off like that. She said they paid her very well. I told her they paid her well, because they were ripping off Amercian citizens. She said they had a "no return policy", reminded me that she didn't have to give me an RMA#, and she was only doing so, because of the circumstances. She asked me for a reason for the return. I told her "I did not order the product". She said she could not put that, and she asked for another reason. I told her to put the reason as "the company was not reputable". She informed me she would not put that either. Instead she said she would put "the product was too expensive". At that point I told her to put whatever she wanted to put.

I called the bank back to inform them of all that was said. At that point I discovered SkinAmourSerum aka/ Simple Youth Hydrating had billed me for the full price of the original sample, as well as the shipment I received today. The banker said the company could not do the things they were doing. He told me to return all the product, and call the bank back with the RMA# and tracking number on the return, if I did not get a full refund from the company within a week.

Do not do business with this company. They are totally a rip-off.
