They suddenly banned my account accusing me that I cheated. They have no proof to show. They are not cooperating on my email address. They always says my account are in good standing but they banned me. I have $600 pending widrawal. They are scam not me. Hope you can help me with this. Because its not acceptable that they banned me without proof or whatsoever. Thank you so much. Please help me.

I am a player in skillz application. It is an online game. I play and I win 30,000 pesos but they didn't give em my money. They banned me instead. I tried to reach them but they are not respoding anymore.

They claim that there is an algorithm method, but I've discovered that to be false since I and my fiance, who play at very different levels, have been matched against "players" at much higher skill levels. I've played a large sum of money before actually looking into this. Buyer beware and stay away!

I play these games often, spending tons of money with this company. I received an email from my bank inquiring about a double billing that took place on the same day and time. After checking my account with the company and comparing the deposits I did make, I discovered the charges were not authorized by me. Therefore, I disputed the charges.

At this time I had a credit in the amount of $27.00, and I was playing four games. The company suspended my account, and took my money invested in the games and available credit. Now it’s day 3 and the company refuses to respond. I emailed them proof of the double billing and etc. Now I have to go through my accounts to be sure this is not the first time I was double billed by the company.

My husband didn’t truly understand the game he said he would win some games and he lost some games he said he won more than what he lost. When we went to pay our credit card bill we were out of $160 Dollars. I contacted the company on last Saturday it took them a couple of days (Wednesday) to get back with me. He ask me for my husband user name or email address gave it to him hadn’t heard back I email him today after waiting three days he just emailed back and said they couldn’t refund us the money cause he played tournament and and cash games. I don’t feel this is a legit company. What can we do?
