This morning my Credit Card company contacted me about charges on my account. You guessed it. Since Nov 2017 I have been getting billed 39.95 a month for some movie service. Contacted them. Only after trying the toll free number that did not work. Called the regular number and Got a hold of Rebecka Smith. Was put on hold and then they hung up on me. Britnay Smith then tried to help. That lead to another hang up. So after about an hour. Heres their answer.
According to them I had opened an account for movies on line. On my inital call I was offered 6 months rembursement. I want all of my money back. They are a call center and not allowed to refund any more than that. Total scam
This all started about a month ago, well that's atleast the first time I've seen or heard of "skeinplay." I'm 16 years old, my name is Kevin, and I work at Walmart, part-time of course because I'm a minor. So fast forward, I got my card,
a walmart direct deposit card, and I decided to figure out a way to look at my account info because it seemed as if my money was going faster than usual. I found this app called MoneyNetwork, which matched the type of card I had.
So I register, signup, or whatever you wanna call it, and once I was in, I saw 2 transactions from "www.skeinplay.com." At first I was thinking maybe I signed up for it and forgot about it, so I went to the website, I never saw it before, like at ALL.
So I came to a conclusion that someone online got my card info. I made an account on their recently to try and get them from taking money off my card, which I think should work, for some reason the account I made with my email, was already made, so I went to forgot password.
Once I got it all done, It said I had the premium plan, and I'm thinking, why would I spend this much on a streaming service when I already have Netflix? I want my money back from them someone please help me out here.
