THE HORROR since i got passes from sixflags over texas and cannot return them as they lie and say you can cancel at any time but charge an eft fee which they dont mention and lock you into a contract which none of that is displayed on the website whatsoever...
I have attached a screenshot of "can you cancel faq that was on the website and emailed to me after purchase" never does it mention etf fee or contracts in fact says i can cancel at will. This is a shady company and do not recommend.
WHY I WANTED TO CANCEL..
This is the most disgusting place I have ever been too, stale rotten food that gave me food poisoning old unmaintained rides that are unsafe and women died here not to long ago fell 75 ft from these unsafe rides. Disgusting dirty park that never has clean restrooms, or dining areas there are lines that for the bathroom just as long as the rides. Employees that speak no English are rude and will cut you in line as a well rude staff that scream and yell at you because you accidentally exited the wrong way, yes this actually happened lady asked me if I was deaf, that is really rude and discriminatory to deaf people had I been deaf.
Maybe if you didn’t overpopulate the parks people wouldn’t stampede and I wouldn’t have gone in the wrong direction.
There are way to many people in the park, mass overcrowding, people cut in line and also while you are waiting for the bathroom they cut in line as well.
There is no soap in the bathroom, which is dirty clogged and filled with pee, period blood and direah all over the seats they have a total of 6 restroom in the park all only have maybe 1-2 stalls working at best… what really disgusted me you can see bugs , flies AND maggots that are crawling over the food that sits out waiting for someone to buy their overpriced disgusting food that’s stale and outdated. Also icecream is frost bitten and old like im talking so old its been sitting in the back of the freezer for months nasty! They don’t give your money back so the stale disgusting rotten food is all on you.
You are not allowed to bring water bottles into the park so you are forced to drink nasty soda or their toilet tap water all day.
There are rats, roaches that are so bad you can literally see them fighting over garbage on the rides, near the rides and under the steps.
Don’t get a season pass because even though there is free parking there is no parking ever and you will not be able to cancel your membership as they lock you into a contract which they do not mention at all when checking out it even says in the faq you can cancel anytime just like your cable bill. you don’t actually get to see or read the terms until you check out and are actually a season holder which I think is shady and deceptive.
Hurricane harbor – mmh after my visit there I’m surprised I didn’t contract hepatitis I went in the wave pull which was so salty and disgusting I asked the lifeguard why did you make the wave pool salt water and not the others.
She said its not a salt water pool that’s pure sweat, I literally wanted to die in that moment so disgusted I can't even describe how disgusted I was in that moment, I quickly got out headed to the showers which had a line about an hour long only to be cut in line once again by some younger fat lady with a walker " no disability just fat" who thinks that a walker entitles her to cut people, Im sorry but being fat isn’t an excuse to cut people in line… there are only 3 bathrooms in the park 1 of which only has showers and most bathrooms are out of order.
But that doesn’t stop people from pushing past you in the line “cutting you” to go into the stall that’s out of order and pop a squat on the floor defecate and pee, as the pee was slowly inching toward my feet I left and walked straight over to where the employees only and forced my way in and told them im going to use the bathroom because you have people defecated and peeing on the floors of your bathroom because you can't seem to get more than one bathroom open.
so when you go to hurricane harbor in Texas just know your swimming in urine sweat and diarrhea and there are literally signs all over the park asking people not to diarrhea in the pool. Id love to cancel my pass but im not allowed to so im callin the health department the bbb and the consumer service division instead and I plan to blog write and document it until this disgusting place is shut down. I want to cancel and have been refused I have called corporate to n o avail so I am now posting bad reviews and blogging about it.
