This company is a scam. Never received my item can get my money back. Even Paypal can't seem to help. They just keep putting you in touch with this Scam company.

Never received my items ordered march 12 2020 $30 gone..
They have taken my money ($40) for foundation in Jan 2020 here it is march 2020 and I have no recieved my items. They tell me it's on the way give me a fake tracking site that doesn't work and no way for a refund. All I want is my money back. 100% total scam !!!! Dont waste your money like I did. You will not get your items.
Ordered the sink buster and paid postage and packaging. Had to pay another £2.00 to receive my package off the post office. I contacted the company and it's a 'tax beyond their control'. I put the product into my sick and it did nothing. It didn't even fizz. Please avoid purchasing anything from this site

This so called company is nothing more then some people in Hong Kong doing underground scheming on Americans. While we are sit r ing there falling for their SH I T, they are laughing at us taking our money. They scammed me for $40 for what is supposed to be compression stockings. I ordered these almost 2 months ago and have yet to see anything. I have contacted them over and over and over again on their fake contact email and of course zero response. I opened a case with my PayPal and have yet to receive my money. I want my money back NOW!!

Had bought two items online from sitebacana but after having made the payments never heard from the company despite writing numerous mails to them and neither have i received my stuff.
This is the email I sent to the merchant. It explains everything. I can send you all correspondence between me, PayPal, and the merchant if you need them. Just let me know.

I will not let this injustice go without letting the world know that you use fraudulent business practices. I know that you have probably scammed many customers because they do not know how to let the public know what happened to them but, you got the wrong one when you tried to beat me out of my hard earned money. You never refunded my $37.12 for 3 waterproof panties (3 for the price of 1). You refunded $3.11 for the discount that you failed to give me when I purchased the items. The following is for others to know how you conduct your fraudulent business:
When purchasing my order of 3 waterproof panties for the price of 1, you stated that I would received my order and tracking number immediately after purchase, along with my 10% discount code. I never received anything. (I had enough intelligence to print out the order page with my info on it to prove what you offered)
After noticing that I did not have a discount code I tried to cancel until I received it but couldn't find your correct address in time (You have several) to ask for it. Got it from PayPal, thank the Lord I purchased from you through them.)
You rejected my cancellation stating my order had already been processed. (Not true because I tried to cancel within the time constraints you set (before 11pm of the order date).
I contacted you and at first you said you had no order from me. When I told you I had made a copy of the transaction you sent me a discount refund of $3.11 (which wasn't correct because you charged me for a third pair of panties, discounted those 3 when I was supposed to have been charged for 2 get 1 free).
Received order after 2 months of getting the "run around" by you. The order wasn't correct. You sent me 2 bras from a New York address but, I had to send them back to China. In order to get a refund from PayPal, you have to be able to get a tracking number. The Post Office gives you a receipt but cannot give a tracking number for receipt to a delivery address to China (you knew this). So, this is the second time you took my money.
