I ordered a sitncycle on the internet, I was charged immediately $239.00 instead of the $19.95 that they say is a 30 day trial. I called the company within one hour to cancel and was told that it wasn't in the system yet and to call in twenty four hours to cancel. I called back the next morning, which was about fourteen hours later and was told that it was too late, the order was sent out already. I was told to refuse the item when it arrived, which I did. The USPS employee wrote refused on the package when it was brought to my front door. I have called several times and was told it would take 15 days to refunded the money. Today, after 14 phone calls since I placed the order, I was told it would be three to five days. When i asked to speak to a supervisor the customer service employee hung up on me. What a scam!
On or about 17 August my wife responded to an ad on the internet regarding an exercise device called the sitNcycle which stated for a fee of $19.95 she could receive the device for her review for 30 days. If she liked it she would be charged $39.99 for each of the following six months. If she didn't like it she could return it and recieve a refund of the $19.95 no questions asked.
Our first question came on the next day when we saw the full amount of $239.94 was charged on our bank card. We immediately called the company to cancel the order and were informed since the order hadn't been processed the operator would just cancel it. We called the customer service number a few days later and were informed that the initial information was wrong that the individual we talked to couldn't cancel the order since it hadn't appeared in the system, and the order had been shipped (the web-site says 5-10 working days for shipping). It actually wasn't shipped until 10 days later on the 27th. We were informed we could either refuse the order when it was delivered, or return it to the post office unopended and refuse it there.
On August 27, 2017 we intercepted the postal delivery and refused the item before it even got out of the truck.
On 13 September I called the company about the refund and was told that the device hadn't been receieved. The young man on the phone had the tracking number and told me to contact USPS. I entered the tracking number in the USPS tracking site and discovered that the "your item was returned to the sender on September 7, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. in Spring, TX 77338 because the addressee moved and left no forwarding address". The item was never returned to us. I went back to the sitNcycle web-site, copied down their mailing address and discoverd it was not their address but belonged to some other company with multiple complaints that that company was renowned for committing numerous "internet only"scams.
I have subsequently called our bank and filed a claim with them for a bogus charge, and have called USPS and filed a claim of fraud with the Postal Inspector.
There was no return slip in the box because i called back after i received it had to carry it in the house took 30 mins hurt my neck and back which i have problems with, to top that it cost $46.35 to send back, which there is no refund for that either. i was told i would have to sign for it.i feel really rippedoff.

After putting in my credit card information I clicked to be able to see how much it was going to charge me and I got booted out so I knew my order did not place.

The next day it still said pending so I decide to call sitncycle. I explained that I never placed the order but it was pending. The guy said yes you did just because you x'd out did not mean you weren't charge. We already sent the order so you can't cancel. I said your website says orders ship in 3 to 5 business days. It has only been 1 1/2 days so you did not ship. He said too bad we did. I said your website says 19.95 and he says well if you can read you will see it says 239 I asked where he said I don't know but somewhere on the website.

I said I would like someone with more authority he said so wouldn't I but I'm stuck with you and put me on hold for at least 5 minutes. Then a women came on and said she was the supervisor. I asked not to be treated as rudely as her subordinate had treated me.
I again explained and she said well sorry we are so efficient we shipped out today. this is the same that I have seen other people writing about. She said you get an email so you can track your order. I said that is why I know it has not shipped because I never got an email saying I placed an order or that it was processing or that it was shipped.
She told me to go all the way to the bottom and read the fine print to figure out the real price. She told me too bad and she was done talking to me.
This company advertises their product on TV for $19.95 so I ordered it only to find out that they actually took $254.89 from my checking account. I discovered this within 5 minutes of placing the order. Their website clearly states that shipping will be in 3 to 5 business days. The time was around midnight that the order was placed. I immediately sent an email to their Customer Service cancelling the order. The following morning, I called Customer Service and was told that the item had already shipped. I told them that I immediately sent an email to cancel the order and I was told that you cannot cancel via email. Also, they advertise that Shipping is free, yet they charged me $14.95 shipping and handling. DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
