They picked up our stuff and gave us an estimated delivery date. When that date passed, it took us 3 days to get them on the phone. Once I got them on the phone, they gave me a new delivery date. When that date passed, I called and they said they needed time to get an update on where our belongings were.
Once they called back, they said our belongings were arriving to our city THAT DAY and someone would call with a delivery date. Got a call the next day and the estimated delivery date is 3 WEEKS OUT!!!!! (Probably another lie!) I asked if our belongings were in our city and if we can just go pick it up ourselves but apparently it's still in transit!!!!!!
