Small oval shaped devices with a key ring on one end. Supposed to protect your purse and keys from theft. Devices were mailed with no instructions of any kind and they did nothing. Contacted company to return them and was told there was a 30% "reshelfing" fee. I told them they were worthless junk and refused to pay a nickel of reshelf fee. I told them I would turn them over to the Consumer Fraud Division of the State of AZ. I was transferred to 3 different customer service reps. and kept on the phone for almost an hour. I got the same song and dance from each one.
Finally got transferred to an individual who promised to refund my purchase price in full. $64.95. That was in Feb. 2017. I was sent a confirming e-mail promising a full refund. As of this date no refund has appeared on my bank statement. The e-mail address listed is Bogus also. The person promising the refund said not to return the devices to them, although I had told them I would. Of the three devices I ordered I had only opened one. I still have all three items plus all the paperwork I received.
I purchased this product on-line with the idea that it would be good for my daughter and myself. Siren song is a security device that in case of an attack you can hit the button and people around you would know that your in danger. The problem was with trying to return the product after reading their e-mail stating i would be paying an additional fee of $8.95 a month. The batteries required were 3 at $4.95 each. I didn't order the batteries. I wrote them after finding out that i would be paying the extra fee of $8.95 a month. I called them about two days ago and told them of my issue with them. After speaking with her, i decided to write the support department another letter explaining it in full. The e-mall was sent and i was told i'd hear from them in 24-48 hours. Well that didn't happen. So, today i called them again and told her i was inquiring about the refund. He said they hadn't received the unopened package and that when they did, i'd get the refund. But along with that i was to pay a re-stocking fee. I told her she would have that when she received the package back and didn't feel i should have to pay for restocking. I did let her know that i'd be posting this on outscam.com site and warn other consumers. My advice, make sure you know about what you are ordering and get all the details. My $58.00 spent, i'll only see about $38 dollars. Buyer beware!
How can we start a class action lawsuit against Siren Song. I never received my order. I talked to someone on about 12 different phone calls. I was even given a tracking number that USPS could not locate any merchandise.
