When purchasing a sweater on-line from Singer22's website it gave you the option of 2 colors to choose from, "Electrcic Pink" or "Electric Blue" by clicking on the model shown, who was wearing either the pink or blue sweater. I chose the picture with the model wearing the "Electric Pink" color. When doing so I realized that this purchase was also considered a "Final Sale Only", which was fine since I knew the sweater would fit because I already owned the exact same sweater but in the "Electric Blue" color.

However, when I received the sweater Singer22 had sent me, the sweater was in the "Electrcic Blue" color and not in the chosen pink version. I immediately checked my order receipt that was sent to me via email after I had first made the purchase on-line. Sure enough under the code of the sweater it said: Code: 26186-electric pink, but then next to it it said Color: Electrcic Blue. This was noticed of course once I had already received my order of the the wrong color sweater.

I immediately called customer service and spoke to I guess the only woman that seems to handle customer service, this according to her. I requested a supervisor but good luck getting a supervisor, she doesn't let you get past her and continues to be rude, condescending and argumentative the entire time, with an attitude that you're even lucky to be getting to speak to her "Majesty of Deplorable and Horrible Service". I explained to her that in fact I did choose the right sweater and that there must be a glich in their system because it does state pink in the code therefore I obviously chose pink but it must then somehow default to the color as blue not pink (apparently the website defaulted to blue because they actually never even had the pink in stock they only had the blue now). She gave me some line of B.S. saying that's how its supposed to be coded, as pink but then you'll receive the blue because you chose blue! Huh??.....what?? I said!! No I chose pink and I also told her I highly doubt you that the blue sweater is supposed to be coded as the pink in your system, its obvious that its coded wrong in your system (she just didn't want to admit it and that the blue should be coded as blue and the pink coded as the pink). That's not right its misleading I told her there should be nothing on my receipt showing pink therefore misleading the customer thinking that they are receiving the pink!!

My whole beef with them other than the fact of their misleading receipt and website for that matter (they should say "sold out" if they don't in actuality have the pink in stock) is not that they didn't offer to refund me, my beef lies in the fact that they wanted me to pay to ship it back and of course the terrible customer service that was associated with this whole transaction!! She (I should have gotten Cruella DeVille's actual name) even had the nerve to say "its only a couple of dollars to send it back anyways". Well for one it's not only a couple of dollars its probably going to be at leat $10-12 but its the principal of the matter at this point not the cost of shipping, it was their websites misleading mistake therefore they should pay for shipping back the mistake that they sent, end of story!!! I would not reccommend purchasing from this company ever due to the fact of it being a "roll of the dice" as to what you may receive and that they won't own up to their misleading website causing the consumer to think they ordered one thing yet receiving something elsel!!! Consumer beware!!!
