I left a job where I was working to come work for this guy "Jay" made it sound so good that I was gonna make this good money and they had so many cars to transport. He told me he had an ex employee leave one of his trucks at the Las Vegas Airport that he would fly me out to go get it I said fine. When I get to Vegas he tells me I have to drive almost 10 hours somewhere in Cali to pick up the trailer that the guy left. When I'm in Cali he had me pick up some cars so I can make extra money on my way to Florida then he had me pick up a car from one of his drivers that they already had for over a week and the owner was ready to report it stolen, picked up the car took it back to customer all the way in AZ. The crazy thing is he said his account was hacked and someone took over $40k and now we had no fuel cards so I had to wait for him to send me fuel everyday there was days he would only send me $100 for fuel for the whole day I would have to sleep with the truck off so it wouldn't run out of fuel and it was freezing outside he didn't give a f***, he would tell me he was gonna send me more money and wouldn't answer the phone till the next day and give me a b******* a** excuse why he couldn't send the money all he would say is that when I got back to Florida I was gonna be realllll happy, finally after 2 weeks of driving 200 miles a day because of the fuel issue. Edward Mullins comes to the truck stop where I was at and tells me to follow him so we can go park the truck i was driving and afterwards he drove me home. Worst mistake I did after that NONE of them would answer their phones.
After a week I spoke to Edward Mullins he said they were flat broke and didn't know what was gonna happen and planning to shut the company down, and didn't know what was gonna happen according to him Jay was the one in charge to pay everyone, I kept calling Jay finally he answers and tells me he was gonna a pay me another week goes by now his phones are disconnected I figured I'm not getting my money he texts me 2 weeks ago on a Monday and tells me he has a portion of the money he owes me and he was on his way to put it in my account never happened the whole week he kept saying the same thing. Few days ago he tells me he's gonna meet me at a 711 and would be there in 40 mins I waited 2 hours he never showed up or answered his phone to tell me he wasn't coming it's so f***** up how I put in the time and I worked for this money that I never got and it looks like I'll never be getting if anyone could help me with this I would really appreciate it due to what happen I been sleeping in my car thanks to God I recently found another job and hope to get back on my feet but it's so f***** up what these guys are going around doing and they shouldnt be able to get away with this

Company will pick up your car and will deliver weeks after, will not give you a condition report or receipts. This is my experience with must incompetent & layer person “Edward mullins or Jay” I have dealt with.
In October, we had requested through Central Dispatch services to transport a vehicle from Sunrise, Florida to Westminster, CO for a client and a friend.
The car was collected from our office instead of the pointed date 10/30/2017 a day or two later, at that time “Edward mullins or Jay” sent his Sister to collect the key which was late in the evening, saying he was busy & stock on the way, at that time his sister received a pre-payment for service by company check which was cashed 2 days later.
The agreement was that the car will be delivered within a week time since leaving immediately which was good and worked out for all parties.
Well that’s where all the stories and the deceptive handlings had started to unfold.
First it was delay on agreed pickup on 10/30 which was picked up on 11/1/2017 and was told he will deliver after 5-7 days
After numerous calls & text, myself & customer were told he broke down and needed new truck which was a untrue. He sent a picture of a blown tier on his trailer which was 2 weeks after and could not get it fixed in time at a place in Texas and that took another week.
As time went along, and no results, I have contacted his Progressive Commercial Insurance and discovered that it was no valid until 11/17/2017 meaning he operated with without cargo insurance that is very alarming.
The car was finally delivered on 11/26/2017
Simply the Best Auto Logistics Inc Haines City, FL “Edward mullins or Jay” had agreed to refund us but play the game and surely did not do that, it is now almost 5 weeks later & the refund was not sent to us.
Central Dispatch should consider removing this company Simply the Best Auto Logistics Inc Haines City, FL “Edward mullins or Jay” from providing such deplorable services.
Latest update, per his last promises throughout the week of the 18th of December until today 26th of December 2017 there is no money returned as agreed.
