I asked Jermey Painter in our first conversation where the next closest salon was that carries your products. I was told 33 miles. Only after spending a large amount of money I found out you have a salon a few miles away who was a walk out from my salon a few years ago using your products. When I contacted Patricia to let her know we felt like we were lied to and wanted to send all unopened products back, she responded all sales final. I am so disappointed. If your are able to help us to return the products and get our refund we would be so grateful!
I am a salon owner and have ordered organic color systems from International Hair & Beauty aka Simply Organic Beauty for over 10 years now. Suddenly, without notice, they switched color lines.
Original Mineral was the first color line they switched me to. The color was fine, but the blue powder lightener is TERRIBLE. I had my most recent client sitting under heat with 40vol for over an hour & it never made it past level 7 orange!
I never had this problem with this client & now she is off to France for 2 mths with level 7 hair instead of 9/10! I am livid!
This is NOT the first time I have had issues with this company. Lisa said that they will not return the lightener because it was opened. Well, they also won't return products if they are NOT opened as is the case with a men's haircare line called Momentum. Simply Organic Beauty said it was organic & it is FILLED with plastics, toxic chemicals & preservatives.
I will no longer support the corporate GREEN-WASHING of toxic products nor will I support a company that is non-committed to long-term client satisfaction.
