I placed an order for cartridges with this company in November 2015. One pack was defective and would not work. I had another pack from an earlier order that was also defective. I paid to return both of them with PO tracking and asked for replacement. In each pack of five, I left three unopened so they could see they were in fact new. Acording to tracking, they received them on November 21, 2015. When I did not receive the replacements, I sent them 4 or 5 email which they did not answer. I called their 24 hour phone number but no one "ever" answers. Instead they ask you to leave a message which they don't respond to either. I even sent a message to the owner Tiffany Guillen on her facebook page, still no response. I'm simply out $30.00 and they could obviosly care less. There are many complaints against these two sister companys on Amazon's health threads, "Has anyone tried simplecig electronic cigarettes." Some folks have been cheated out of $$hundreds by this company. We would all like to see them shut down for good.
