I purchased an excel product from them. It took 12 hours to down load. The next day when I tried to install it , I got a message that I down loaded the wrong format (64 bit). I tried to log into my account with no success. After many attempts, I started an on line chat with service. I expleined the problem and was instructed to log in again and again. After many failed attempts I was sent a log in box and instructed on what to do. This also failed at which point to person on the online chat started to berrate me, my computer, my skills, my intelligance. Then he stated that "my $25 wasn't worth his time and he will refund my money" and " I should use the money to buy a new computer or take classes"
After hearing my money would be refunded, I said I would make sure it was refunded by checking with my credit card company and said good by. This apparently was not enough for "Quincy" as I then received a phone call where he continued to verbally berrate me. When I told him to piss off I hung up and he called back and left a 1 minute and 30 second voice mail, calling me stupid, an a-hole and a useless pice of crap. I have had many not so nice encounters with sales people but have never had one like this. For anyone to be in the support service industry and treat a customer that way is appalling. I woul strongly discourage all propective buyers to look else where. The product I purchased right after this mistake down loaded very quickly and work great. This company a a disgrace to the software world and the service world all in one.
Was sold fake Microsoft Office software. No legitimate way to download. When contacting tech support, I dealt with a "Quincy". He sounded Canadian. He barraded me to try to gain remote access into my computer to "fix it". He then called me to barrade me some more and call me dumb multiple times. I had to cancel my business debit card out of fear of fradulent charges. This website I believe is a phishing scam. Quincy also threatened to harm my business digitally.
