Mr andrew/ vodafone ny 1265 broadway is total fraud company. never handover the credit card to them as they immediatley overcharge the amount without taking consent of the suctomer. on request to refund they handover simple pc of paper mentioning to refund in 03-30days which never happens. they do it to the tourist as they understand they will go back to thei country and will not come back to ask fr the refund. US government should take action against them as it is earning bad name for america. mr andrew is israeli not american.
Don't walk, RUN far, FAR away from this garbage service. Constant dropped calls, poor voice quality... LTE? Yes, if speeds no faster than 3 Mbps is considered LTE (and it's NOT!). I don't lay all of the blame on Simple Mobile. Most of the reps that I dealt with seemed sincere in trying to get this junky service working. T-Mobile is the real villain since it's their network.
They obviously put these MVNOs on the worst towers. You can see it in real time with any cell network app. The signal strength needle constantly fluctuates in the yellow to red zones rarely hitting a strong green signal if at all. You're also able to see the network connection bounce from a good tower to the weakest and most congested tower.
Maybe T-Mobile is throttling the data speed, too. When you do a speed test, often you'll see the needle initially jump to the expected speed level then quickly dials back to almost nothing. Skip Simple Mobile or, for that matter, T-Mobile if possible. Even at this cheap price, it's definitely not worth the aggravation.
Simple Mobile I bought a $25 mobile network from them which has the poorest network connection coverage .i cannot make phone calls otcautomatically goes to emergency only mode almost wherever i am at tge time .i cannot recieve calls it automatically goes to voicemail even i am standing next to the person calling .its a rip of i hace been getting about 10% of the service for what i have paid for the past six months or so.i have tried to talk to customer service but tgeyxare so unprofessional andcrude they couldnt fix my problem
Purchased an iphone 7 that was suppose to be fully unlocked so I could use it overeas. The store clerk (little Isreali worm) promised me that by paying the $99 unlocking fee that appeared on my recieipt that the phone would be able to be used by any sim througout the world. Got to Europe and tried several local company sims including my tmobile card and the phone is locked. The company does not answer their store or service telephone number. They also have blocked the text messages and calling the store number just goes to voice mail. Company is a total rip off and I am out $805. They suck.
I,ve been using simple mobile for almost 2 yrs at 40$ but my data plan using as hotspot wasn't sufficient, so i upgraded to 55$ and yet not enough, recentlly i updated to unlimited at 65$ according to customer service i would be able to see netflix on hotspot, to my suprize it only works with phone, and no hotspot no tethering or mirror work! Talked with customer service, no help transfered to supervisor same, after talking with 3 supervisors they send me to corporate just to hear we are sorry that they ms informed you our unlimited doesn't work with hotspot.. didnt get offered any return just to cancell!!
