Do not accept a job from any of these companies! They are all part of one company. Here is why you should not accept a job from either of these three companies:

First, all of these companies are not under the owners name - you can not find the owners name anywhere on any legal documents when you search through the county's public records of business - instead he has an employee from Kingston Mortgage with her name on all the DBA's. The owner's name is Benny/Bennie Huang.

Secondly, I accepted a job from Simple and Easy Loan Corporation in good faith they were an ethically practicing business. Boy was I wrong! I applied for a position that did not have anything to do with loan processing. By week two of working there I was put into a loan processing position with no advance warning, but I did my best to understand this new information. I was doing fine until I was told by Wendy Dong that I could not reach out to the clients to gather further information so we could process the loans quickly, yet a girl who just started working a week after me was allowed to reach out to clients and get the needed information because she spoke and understood Manadrin where I can not. This hindered me in being able to process and complete the needed processing to move these loans forward. When I would ask Wendy why I was not able to do these contacts with the clients, she would never give me a full reason and would normally dismiss me (there is also a huge language barrier with Wendy Dong - she only likes to speak Manadrin and since I do not know nor understand Manadrin she didn't really want to speak with me).

I felt like she was trying to sabotage me with making it near impossible to complete any clients files due to me having to wait for her or the new girl to reach out to my client files (which she has shown she does not follow through with these clients - I had one client call my office number screaming in Madarin because he called three days earlier and Wendy NEVER got back to him). Due to her lack of following up with clients I didn't have enough work to keep me busy during the day so I was thrown random small tasks and was showing my multitasking abilities in being able to juggle multiple things and still getting them done, whereas the new girl only was able to process loans.

By week three of me working there I was trying my best to hand all the issues I was encounting due to this one person who happens to be my upper management, it was pay day that week (per their employee handbook payday is the 5th and 20th of each month - if those dates fall on a weekend/holiday than it is the next operational work day). Payday came and went and I was never given a check. When I asked, Wendy told me this week is not good to get the paychecks out and she'll get them out on 3/5/21. I informed her that would not do for me due to me needing the money to cover my rent which was due 3/1/21.

I emailed Wendy that I needed my paycheck in a timely manner and stated I needed it for rent on 2/23/21. She ignored the first email and by 2/23/21 she was ignoring me when she came into the office. I emailed her again on 2/24/21 stating I needed her to respond to my email so that I know she received it, she again ignored it and even didn't show up to the office on 2/24/21 and 2/25/21. By 2/25/21 I had enough and decided I value myself more than having to put up with this mistreatment. I finally got my check on 2/26/21 and winner chicken dinner I could not cash the check on 2/27/21 due to insignificant funds in THEIR bank account! If I was not intelligent enough to know something was off and just went to my bank and cashed the check it would have bounced - thankfully I took the check to the bank it was written on to get it cashed.

I was finally able to cash the check on 3/3/21 but had to pay $7.50 to pull the cash out because I do not have a Wells Fargo account. How can you operate a business and not have funds in your bank account and expect to hire people and not pay them on the time slots YOU have designated?! Now my last day was 2/25/21 it is now 3/8/21 as I write this and they have yet to pay me my last paycheck. Also I am not the only employee they have withheld money from - another girl who worked there before me had the same thing happen to her.

Thirdly, apparently the owner is not new to having affairs with his employees. He has had an old business - unsure of the name since the business is no longer around, that an old mistress screwed up because she went onto a new mistress. He has made comments in the three weeks that I worked there that left me feeling extremely uncomfortable.

Fourthly, they are unethical as far as the systems they use to make cold calls. They are not operating on the governmental site for the Registry of Do Not Call List (FTC). They obtain leads and call personal cell phone numbers without the using the FTC registry. Which I found out if you get these calls and you know you are on the Do Not Call list it is a $44,000.00 fines per call.

Wendy Dong is an incompetent and unprofessional. Simple and Easy Loan Corporation is an awful company who does not value their workers and until Wendy Dong is gone this company will remain toxic and will go under. Do not fall prey to this company and how they treat their workers.
