Found them through Priceline. Got the best price for an Audi A4. So the car was great but the service was horrible. Deceptively priced and the people there are incapable of any human emotions. When I was unable to extend the rental time it became obvious to me that this is a predatory rental car company.
They wanted to charge several hundred dollars to add 2-3 hours. When I spoke to their representative he said there was nothing he could do to help. He deflected blaming the computer. I told him my mom was terminally Ill and I was never going to see her again and the time really meant a lot to me. Since I had spent a fortune to come down here at last minute could "Silvercar not make an exception?.
He said he didn't care that it would an extra $300.00. Then he deflected and said the computer would not let him. Update: I phoned their representative and asked if their was a grace period on the drop off time. I was assured that there was a 59 minute grace period. Due to airport traffic the rental car was returned 23 minutes late. I was charged $60.00. This is a predatory rent a Car agency.
So to sum it us Silvercar used bait and switch tricks to get me in, has no customer service and is only interested in how much money they can get me for.
Unless you are stupid-rich I recommend you run away from these corporate pigs.
