I went in to look at vehicle I saw online that I was very interested in and was with my 5 year old daughter who was so excited and was in need of vehicle because coming home from work July 29th the vehicle I was driving broke down and I called for friend to pick me up. It was after a 12 hour work day and I was exhausted.
What happened next I can’t tell you because I woke up 3 weeks later as I was told I was found on the roadway outside of vehicle but my memory isn’t there yet. Being in the same industry and Julian general manager was aware of this so I'm still in recovery but Insurance co was going to stop paying for my rental so in need of vehicle.
I was with my little one I saw vehicle and told sales man let’s do it, then schedule to pick up next day which I did at 4pm but for some reason 8 pm still waiting patiently and finally after they had me sign they tell me it’s late and we can finish tomorrow. Less then 12 hours later I’m driving back to dealership with my 5 yr old to finish going over documents and they explain the cost and other options available such as tire wheel insurance etc, the actual formal delivery of vehicle and the 2nd key.
