3 months later, one day before my appointment, I find out he will not even look at my skin. so not only does this waste the last 3 months, it also causes that long a delay in treating a potentially serious health condition.

If you make a mistake, don't pass it over to a company that works for you that trys to get rid of a person that has a legit reason for a complaint. A good business would not lie and would work with a customer that was damaged in some way in your buisness. You will have more respect in the long run if your honest.
