Lee Sillemon of Sillemon Real Estate & Investments Group attempted to obtain his NMLS license with our school, LoanOfficerSchool.com. He could not pass the course exit test after several attempts and because he could not pass the test, was not deemed NOT ELIGIBLE to prooceed in obtaining his mortgage license and stricly prohibited from speaking to anyone in the public about borrowing money. Approximately one year passed when he contact us and demanded a refund and to be compensated for his wated time.
When we refused, he set out on a campain to hurt our reputation. We have assisted over 10,000 individuals become succesfully licensed in the mortgage industry including those who spoke english as a second language, and not very fluently.
Apparently, when there is a difficult task at hand, Mr. Sillemon prefers to let 16 months pass and then blame his inadequecies and failure on those that attempted to assist him. If you are condering the service of this indivual or his company, please consider the number of well educated and honest individuals in a very large pool of talent from which to choose and look elsewhere. You will not find that with the Sillemon Real Estate & Investments Group.
There are many choices. Listen to one that took the time to warn others.
