My invoice states 7-10 business days and still no candle rings delivered nor an email response from you providing a tracking number which means they were never sent.
In my book this constitutes fraud. Your lack of response is yet another red flag and I now understand why you list no phone number for your company. You must be inundated with dissatisfied customers. I will be forwarding this information to the BBB, Yelp and Facebook and Rip Off report which hopefully will have some impact on the future success of your business.
