I am not sure where to start. The building process of Signature Series Homes is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been in the building industry for over 20 years, and I have never whitnessed a more clueless, inexperienced company in my whole time in the construction industry. Outside of just not knowing what comes next when building a home, they make false promises and produce a very poor quality home. I talked to many subs that told me that they had not been paid in full, or paid on time, but I finished my jobs. AND THEN I WAS NOT PAID. Do not contract with this company. You will not enjoy it. I recommend talking to past homeowners to understand just how horrible that their experience was.
Also, I noticed that their financing is done by a company that was involved in a recent lawsuit for a self-financed builder that screwed over homeowners.
Beware as a subcontractor and beware as a possible client.
