Today, June 16, 2016, I was scheduled to get an estimate from Shutters Plus at 10 AM. Employee James Fresh who is apparently related to the business owner Doug Fresh, did not show up, so I called the store. James called me back a few minutes later, claiming he was behind a school bus about a mile away, which is a poor excuse! He could have left earlier, or called me before the 10 AM appointment to tell me he was running late, especially since school is out, except for summer school. James arrived 20 minutes late, about 15 minutes after his phone call.
Upon entering my house I told him that I hope his installers were more punctual than him. At that point, he had a major temper tantrum, was verbally abusive, calling me names, and refusing to accept responsibility for his lateless! That was followed by his slamming my door and leaving.
He was still ranting and raving as he walked down my driveway, and witnessed by my trash collectors, who were picking up my garbage. I immediately called his store, but got voice mail, so left a message about James inappropriate behavior and that they would not be getting my sale.
A person acting like that should not be employed in a capacity where he is dealing with the general public. It certainly does not say anything good about the business he is supposed to be representing. What he appears to need is Anger Management Classes, if he wants to deal with customers who do not agree with him!
