I was initially skeptical about shopping on this site and my instincts have so far proved to be correct. I placed an order for a swimsuit and a couple days later received an email update that a tracking number had been created for my package. I've since been checking to see the tracking updates and there have been none.
The only information provided is that "USPS has been notified to expect a package." I have reached out to customer service via email twice and have yet to hear back. Of course there is no actual customer service number, so at this point there is nothing else I can do. I internet shop quite a bit and there is usually about a 10 day cycle (at the most) of when you place an order to when you receive it, so I know my expectations are reasonable. I am still anxiously awaiting an update and am slightly nervous as to the quality of my order if/when I do finally receive it. This is extremely disappointing but I guess this is to be expected when you are dealing with an online boutique that sells knockoffs.
I placed an order for two items on March 2, 2016 and have still not received my order three weeks later. They updated my order status to "fulfilled" on the website, but the tracking number they provided has not shown any updates since pre-shipment information was provided on March 10, 2016 and USPS also did not have any information when I called. I've emailed Showroom Glam twice at [email protected] and [email protected] and have yet to receive a response. I want my order by the end of the week, or I need my money back! So disappointing.
I've been going through the same thing as these ladies, I ordered the FF Flossy Jacket and I haven't received my package, They sent me a tracking number with no updates. I have e-mailed non stop with no reply. So upsetting! Even reached out on IG
Showroom online site are bunch of fuckin thief, I didn't receive any tracking number trying to reach them no fuckin answers did a oder since the 02/07/19 never get anything Do Not Order from this site guys
This place is terrible I still haven’t received my dress I ordered. I’ve sent several emails no response at all! I wish I would have read the responses first before placing my order.

I purchased an two piece set from them for over 100 dollars. No tracking. No delivery (4 weeks have passed) and they do not respond to email or a DM via Instagram. Zero communication zero product yet they have my money and are allowed despite complaints to keep advertising via Instagram

Terrible quality, I’ve literally had Halloween costumes made better! Don’t spend the money! It’s a huge rip off when they are probably making these outfits with pennies.

I ordered early to RECIEVE my outfit for vacation. Seems like I won't get it in time that's if I ever do RECIEVE it!!!!!!!!

I purchased 2 dresses on July 13th. (Almost 4 weeks ago). My card was charged that day. 2 1/2 weeks after ordering 1 of the 2 dresses showed up in the mail. One was msssing. There was a piece of paper in the parcel stating the other dress would be shipped July 27th. I still have not received it. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I went to look up the phone number of the company- there is none listed. SHOWROOM GLAM STOLE MY MONEY! Despite multiple emails, there has not been a single response. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

This website is a disgrace. They steal images from other websites (house of cb, miss circle etc.) and use them to sell replica products! STAY AWAY!

Seller did not answer email after several attempts to contact seller via email.
I never received my item, filed a dispute and seller final issued me a refund.
