SBT sold me a sea doo engine that cost me over 4000 us to get including shipping and handling plus the core i had to send to their shop, when we start braking down the new rebuilt motor 4 hrs later everything went wrong and was distroyed on the inside. i claimed the waranty and it was honored but i had to cover the expenses of shipping from Cancun bacjk to florida over 1000 us and i had to pay for lavor because the mechanics had to take out the engine from the sea doo. once they got the engine they claimed that my oil pumps and water pumps on my ski where not good that i had to bay all new parts over 1600 us including taxes to enter the country in more parts that they sold me because they advise me to do it. when i got the new engine back to cancun i had to pay shipping and handling again and custom taxes etc etc .... i took the new motor to the mechanic and he charged me again 400 dlls in labor to put in the sea doo and we started braking the engine, and guess what!!!!? again the engine failed, this time was worst,time chain broken and no pressure on the short block. no more nice treatment from them they where going to ask me to send back to florida the engine and i had to cover the shipping and handling another 1000?? or so?? imagine the frustration,so istarted diging on line....and big surprise!!! i wasnt the only one,there is a lot of failure on the engines they built and a lot of people are going trough the same BS. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHIN FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CARE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU SPEND AND HOW MUCH TIME YOU INVEST ON THIS PROCESS TROUGH THIS PROBLEMS. They wount suport you and they dont do a good job building engines... i want my money back, and if i dont get it @ list i will tell as many people as i can to be aware, im going to hire a lawyer and a social media company in florida to make people aware of this using all my documentation and bills, and im going to sue them.. if there is anyone out there that had problems with SBT and wants to join my lawsuit for free i will cover the expenses i will be more than happy. lets get our money back!!
