My day could be going much better, thank you, except due to the fact that i have five (5) $5.00 coupons that go towards any one infusium 23 product Excluding trial size) that have no expiration date. I went to several shoppers drug mart locations prior to this one in order to find the product since some stores had it and some did not!
When i met with him, he was able to locate the product and when i showed him my legitimate infusium coupons, he immediately said that he most likely can not accept them which was beyond b.S. And he had me wait in that aisle for at least 15-20 minutes before he bothered to come back!
When he finally returned, he comes up with the lame excuse that he can not accept these legitimate coupons because they are american coupons and that he can only accept canadian coupons which is beyond ludicrous since the product is made in del rio, texas which is clearly printed on the label meaning that this is clearly an american made product being sold in canadian stores.
In addition: the executive office for infusium out in del rio, texas had sent me out these legitimate coupons to my canadian address for the sole purpose of using them in any canadian store of my choice that sells their products and personally told me that i can use these coupons in canada and that the store will definitely get fully reimbursed for the product.
I was very angry, upset and pissed off at this "fritz" employee for lying to me and for wasting my valuable time at that time of the night that when i was leaving the store, "i told him off" because "he deserved it" and then "he told me off right back" which is against "customer service etiquette", but i guess if it is coming from your store, then i guess "anything goes" since your employees are not trained in how to deal with customers!

Final thoughts 1: no wonder why your yonge/eglinton store got so many bad reviews and now you are getting another one!

I would like to report that the Pharmaprix 390 Ste. Catherine Street West, corner of St. Alexandre is refusing to serve clienets that wear gloves to protect themselves, in their stores even after cleaning hands and or gloves with sanitizer at their front entrance they do not want clients to wear gloves to protect themselves while shopping in PHARMAPRIX on Ste Catherine West
The incident resulted in the clerks screaming at the customer to take of the glove and get out of the store -because the client chose to wear gloves they refused to cash out the merchandise at the cashier; and when at the cash they screamed that they would throw the client out and refused service

Many people in the stores who touch products can be positive without symptoms but transmits anyway, especially if we are at the cash at the cashier stand, when they hand you your items, we do not know if that cashier is not a-syptomatic, this is danagerous we all need to be careful especially at this location.
Shoppers Drug Mart Offered My 88 Year Old Mother Terrible Customer Service!
Back on Sunday, October 20, 2019, I went to the Shoppers Drug Mart located at: 598 Sheppard Avenue West, North York, Ontario Canada M3H 2S1 (416) 633-1122 at approximately 12:55 PM to pick up a prescription for my 88 year old mother that was supposedly for an Ammonia that she recently caught
The small package contained only seven (7) pills cost a Total, Rip Off Price In The Amount Of $70.58.
This was Totally A Scam, Rip Off and was Totally and Purposely Inflated.
I Immediately Complained to the Cashier at the Pharmacy about the price and she Falsely Claimed that the medication was Generic and that it was supposedly Cheaper than other similar brands which was Totally A Lie!
Please Note: I did check the bottle and packaging for the medication to see if it was Generic and there was Absolutely Nothing On The Package Mentioning Anything About That which Led Me To Believe That Not Only Was I Lied Too, but the Price Was Not The True Price For The Medication that it should have been.
Making Matters Worst:
When my 88 Year Old Mother Swallowed Just One (1) Pill which was called Levofloxacin 750MG, she got a very Upset Stomach and did Not Feel Well at all!
She immediately contacted her family doctor who informed her to Stop Taking The Medication Immediately and Return It Back To Shoppers Drug Mart.
What I did was call up the store that I bought it from to explain the situation that she was prescribed the Wrong Medication and they Refused To Take It Back even though she only used up Just One (1) Pill From The Bottle.
I went one (1) more step and contacted the Customer Service Department for Shoppers Drug Mart and they did Nothing About It except tell ME that they don't take medications back even though on the back of the receipt, it clearly stats that Refunds or Exchanges can be made within 30 days of original date of purchase with receipt. Refunds will be issued in original form of tender.
The section does Not say anything on what is Not Included!
I know for a Fact that any store that I purchase something from clearly has on their receipt on what is Not allowed to be Returned for a Refund/Exchange and even at the store, I was Not Informed On What Is Not Allowed To Be Returned for a Refund/Exchange either!
Ridiculous!

Customer No Service Needs Major Drastic Improvements At 598 Sheppard Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario Canada M3H 2S1 About two (2) short days ago, I had purchased a box of their Life 24 Hr Nasal Allergy Relief and the Plastic End Of The Bottle Where The Spray Is Supposed To Come Out Of Was Not Working, Nor Functioning Properly. Yes, I did contact the Corporate Office and Customer Service to file a complaint about their Own Non-Functioning Product that they make since it is a Life Brand and somebody by the name of Nicole had made an arrangement for ME to return the product with the box back to the same store that I had purchased it at to get the money credited right back on to my mastercard credit card. Well, when I had arrived there today being Thursday, July 5, 2018 at approximately 11:33 a.m. to return the product, your male cashier was Very Unprofessional and Rude and thought that I was a Stupid Idiot by thinking that I was going to Accept A Gift Card instead of My Money Back for Your Non-Functioning Life Product! I do Not Think So! I was Not Born Yesterday! I just filed a Major Complaint and Dispute with my HSBC Mastercard Company to let them know that this Stupid Male Cashier at Shoppers Drug Mart Refused To Credit The Money Back To My Credit Card For Their Non-Functioning Product! I am therefore very Angry, Pissed Off and Upset over his Horrible Way and Method of handling the situation and I am Now Publishing Public Negative Reviews to let everybody know exactly on How He Abused Me As A Shoppers Drug Mart Customer.
