We were pressured in a yearly contract and had to pay in full before we could analyze in detail the options of their POS system. Only after paying did we find out their program was of no use to us. We were told tough luck we got your money , too bad.
Now a month later we are still being passed around with emails , phone calls and website chats. No help just anither sales rep to be passed along to. Help we only want a prorated refund of our money as we never really used their system.
