I ordered a head wearCap) from them for $25usd/shipping was $20usd.
They did not ship or return email. After sometime they removed the email address from their website. No refund reply. I am from singapore and made a report to my bank. My bank called them but i was working in japan and i could not make it back to singapore and my time limit for the case dismissed as seller.
I called my bank to check with them and why they did not even reply my bank or the buyer. Since my case time expired in a week. I could not claim the fund back. I have documents and emails as prove of this case from the bank.
Placed an order with them. It remains in "processing" stage of things. I have reached out to them multiple times, with no response. Basically, they stole my money and won't talk to me.
I ordered 5 items, they sent 3 and on incorrect item. Greg Park initiially responded that he will send out the item to replace but never sent it and after 5 weeks no email replies back.
