Hi all. Just wanted to share my experience with Shop4Seats.com so you don’t make the same mistake I did by using them. We ordered back in February and prior to ordering we called multiple times to find out how long until they shipped. They assured us many times it would take 4 weeks. It ended up taking 9 weeks, and we had to cancel two RV trips making us lose out on non refundable RV spaces (yes we gave ourselves wiggle room, just not 5 weeks worth).

When the furniture was delivered, we noticed the couch did not have the pull out drawer we paid $250 for. I called Shop4Seats and they told me they couldn’t see that on my receipt, so I happily forwarded them screeenshots of my receipt I had. They called us back and said that we called in and requested for the drawer to be removed (I absolutely did not ever do this— and if I did why was I not refunded then-makes no sense). So I told them to please send me the correct couch drawer I paid for… and they said it would take 22 weeks. Yes, 6 MONTHS!!!

I said okay fine, I’ll wait the 6 months but I am going to use the one you sent, until I get the new one since it was not my mistake and then when they drop it off they can take this one back. Nope, they wouldn’t even do that, they said they wouldn’t even start production until we shipped back the first couch. So now, I am stuck with a couch with no pull out drawer which I desperately needed for storage space.

Oh and to top it all off, their managers refused to speak with us, they forced their customer service reps to put us on hold when they go back and forth between the manager and us. Absolutely horrible! Save yourself the headache!

I contacted this company over 8 weeks ago and spoke to a BEN in sales about having 5 Custom built seats ordered for a projet in my shop. He proceeded to state that in order for me to meet my deadline I would have to pay and expedited rush order fee. Upon agreeing to this, he emailed me an order with all parts required and an OFFICIAL Quote to purchase and ship. That amount was just over $2250 and would guaranteed be shipped in 3 weeks. I called him 2 days later after the weekend to purchase and he suddenly raised his own quote to over $3200. When I started asking why, he changed his quote in the computer so that the original he emailed me was no longer seen by anyone else. Then I attempted to call hiim back and email 7 times in order to get the the order issue resolved and keep my project on track.

I never got ahold of BEN again. Yet I did reach a PATRICIA who began a new quote and attempted to get this handled, and after agreeing to an amount, she was reaching out to production department in another area to seperate 2 seats to keep the my timeline. It took an additional week before I got back in touch with her to find out I was going to be paying YET MORE money due to their lack of ability to keep their word. Since it took so long for a reply they sold the cheaper model and I was forced to purchase another style. Upon agreeing to do this, and paying more than $3000 just to keep this ability to get the project done, they agreed to express ship on tuesday 6-19-2018. The FAILED yet again and have nothing to say but oops not our fault, shipping department is slow.....as they have just sent shipping info on 6-22-2018 and that they will NOT arrive for 6 days. Leaving me 1 business day to do 2 weeks of work.

Dont buy from these people, they dont do their job, they dont keep their word, and dont care about their customers.
