I purchased this bike from Shop247 through Walmart.com and I was told that because I bought it through Wal-Mart I could have the bike assembled for free. However the sales associate at wal-mart said he could not put the bike together because the brakes were broken and probably broken during shipping. This has happened before to another customer who bought this same bike through Amazon.com. I have to pay over $80 to have the bike assembled and repaired because Shop247 has ignored my me everytime I try to get help from them with the issue. Anyways everything with the company was a hassle. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company because something is always broken when they ship there products.
I purchased patio furniture from Shop 247 through Walmart.com. The item I ordered was not the item I received. When I called, Shop 247 said there was nothing they could do to fix it. They would not ship me the item I ordered even though I had clear evidence of the correct item for the price that was advertised. Shop 247 would not honor the price I had paid for the item I ordered. They kept sending me back to Walmart and would not help me. Walmart said they couldn't do anything since it was a third party company. Overall terrible experience. I'm sticking with Amazon from now on!
I purchased a dog house for my cat on 12/31/16. I assembled it and it was looked nice but it was too small. They said i could return it so i took it apart and shiped it back to them. after a mounth i call to see where my refund was and they told me that they couldnt refund my money because it was used. It was brand new and never left my shop. They said that they shiped it back to me. It never showed up. E mailed them back and they changed their story and said they disposed of it. I was outradged. I Said you cant keep my money and the product. I think these guys are crooks. I want justice!!
I purchased a Confidence Fitness TXI Treadmill from this company; it did arrive in 2 days, but did not work; I called the 800 # and they sent a replacement that did not work either. It is currently Christmas Eve, and now I have 2 broken treadmills in my house, that they expect me to drop off at a FedEx facility. The treadmill weigh 130 pounds, which is more than I weigh, plus I am a female, so how will I get 2 into a FedEx facility? The treadmill was $478.00; common sense whould have told be that the cheap element has a reason; they are BROKEN. I am reporting this to the BBB, and if my $ is not returned to my credit card, it will be disputed, and I WILL get my money back.

The frame was supposed to be queen size but was smaller than my bed and after further review of the frame I found it had scratches on it and one of the legs extended out further than it should. Returning the item was not a hassle but for some reason getting a refund seems to be a major hassle. My item was received by them on the 14th of October. I called on the 27th because I had not received my refund and was told by the representative that I should have had the refund by now and he was sending an email to the refund department and it should show in my account later the same day or the next morning. Well it did not show and I contacted the company the next day only to be told something completely different. Now I'm being told it was received on the 14th and processed on the 21st and it can take 1 to 7 days for the refund to show and that was the only status I could receive. No additional information was available. Walmart and Shop 247.com THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU. I will definitely not be doing business with you again. Politeness does not make up for the run around and lack of information regarding my refund on your part.

Exchanged my bike after few tries not the same very unhappy cause it's so slow not what I paid for or had before the exchange
